中國當代商務女鞋的風格設計及舒適性研究

【摘要】:目前,中國鞋類市場上舒適性女鞋較少,絕大多數(shù)制鞋企業(yè)不注重鞋類的健康舒適性研究及風格設計。女鞋市場上普遍存在不符合生物力學、人體工程學的設計,由此帶來了一系列女性足部的健康問題,諸如板腳疼痛,足部疲勞和拇外翻等。另外,市場上的女鞋普遍存在著舒適和美觀不能兼顧的狀況。因此,針對目前中國鞋業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及問題,中國皮革和制鞋工業(yè)研究院開展了《高檔健康舒適鞋類款型設計及技術研究》項目的研究,本文是在承擔該項目子課題基礎上撰寫的。本文首先通過問卷調(diào)查方式分析了254位18-55周歲、從事一定商務活動的職業(yè)女性的穿著習慣、喜好和需求。明確了影響商務女鞋穿著舒適性因素排名前3的依次是鞋品的抗疲勞度、合腳性和穩(wěn)定性。同時,對女性穿著高跟鞋和赤足狀態(tài)下的足底壓力進行了對比研究,針對高跟鞋的合腳性、穩(wěn)定性、減震性等方面進行逐一分析和總結(jié)。最后,結(jié)合上述調(diào)研結(jié)果和實驗數(shù)據(jù),提出了相應的鞋墊、鞋底、幫面和鞋跟設計方案,并進行了主觀舒適度評價和足底壓力測試進行驗證。結(jié)果表明,通過結(jié)構設計和功能性材料的選擇,能夠有效緩解跟高變化后鞋的不適感、緩解高跟鞋前掌足壓的集中分布、均衡足部壓力、減小壓力峰值、提高鞋品舒適性和緩解足部疲勞疼痛等問題。女性購買鞋品的兩大因素是舒適和美觀,二者共同滿足女性的生理和心理需求。結(jié)合前文舒適性的研究基礎,以中國傳統(tǒng)服飾——旗袍和中國傳統(tǒng)美學的三大觀點:“錯彩鏤金”之形象美,“初出芙蓉”之道德美和“兼容并蓄”之健康美為靈感來源,作者對女鞋進行了獨特的風格設計,制作出符合中國當代商務女性氣質(zhì)和審美的時尚商務女鞋系列鞋品。相關鞋品款式大方、穩(wěn)重,穿著健康、舒適,充分體現(xiàn)了中國商務女性的生活品味。該系列鞋品的設計旨在倡導一種健康、舒適和美觀的穿鞋理念。
[Abstract]:At present, there are few women's shoes in Chinese footwear market, and most shoemaking enterprises do not pay attention to the research of healthy comfort and style design of shoes. The design of ergonomics and biomechanics is common in the women's shoes market, which brings about a series of health problems of women's feet, such as foot pain, foot fatigue, hallux valgus and so on. In addition, the women's shoes on the market are generally comfortable and aesthetic conditions can not be taken into account. Therefore, in view of the present situation and problems of Chinese shoe industry, the Research Institute of Leather and Shoe Industry of China has carried out the research on the Project of "High-grade healthy and comfortable Shoe Type Design and Technology", which was written on the basis of undertaking the subtopic of the project. This paper first analyzes the dress habits, preferences and needs of 254 professional women aged 18 to 55 who are engaged in certain business activities. It is clear that the top 3 factors affecting the comfort of business women's shoes are fatigue resistance, foot compatibility and stability. At the same time, the foot pressure of women in high heels and barefoot was compared, and the foot fit, stability and shock absorption of high heels were analyzed and summarized one by one. Finally, based on the above research results and experimental data, the corresponding design scheme of insoles, soles, uppers and heels is put forward, and the subjective comfort evaluation and sole pressure test are carried out to verify it. The results show that through the structural design and the choice of functional materials, the discomfort of shoes can be effectively alleviated, the concentrated distribution of the front palm and foot pressure of high heels can be alleviated, the foot pressure can be balanced, and the peak pressure can be reduced. Improve the comfort of shoes and ease foot fatigue pain and other problems. The two major factors for women to buy shoes are comfort and beauty, and both meet the physiological and psychological needs of women. Based on the research foundation of comfort, this paper takes the three major viewpoints of Chinese traditional dress, cheongsam and Chinese traditional aesthetics as inspiration: the image beauty of "staggered hollow out of gold", the moral beauty of "first appearance of hibiscus" and the beauty of health of "all-embracing". The author designs the women's shoes in a unique style, and produces a series of fashionable business women's shoes in line with the contemporary Chinese business women's temperament and aesthetics. Related shoes style generous, steady, wearing healthy, comfortable, fully reflects the Chinese business women's life taste. This series of shoes is designed to promote a healthy, comfortable and beautiful concept of wearing shoes.
