【摘要】:我國(guó)電動(dòng)工具企業(yè)眾多,目前隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展消費(fèi)群體逐漸出現(xiàn)分化,而國(guó)內(nèi)電動(dòng)工具產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)定位目標(biāo)用戶也出現(xiàn)多樣化的趨勢(shì)。3D打印等新技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)也使未來(lái)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向定制化發(fā)展,目前電動(dòng)工具的人群定位相對(duì)單一,大多數(shù)企業(yè)是借鑒國(guó)外暢銷單品,尋求低價(jià)位低成本定位使產(chǎn)品造型趨同嚴(yán)重,這顯然不利于企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。國(guó)外市場(chǎng)的消費(fèi)人群定位十分全面,而國(guó)內(nèi)目前主要是針對(duì)專業(yè)工人生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品,作為使用工具用戶和企業(yè)對(duì)于產(chǎn)品價(jià)格和使用功能的關(guān)注高于造型美學(xué),忽視了用戶的心理需求。造型設(shè)計(jì)是技術(shù)與美學(xué)的和諧統(tǒng)一,手握式電動(dòng)工具的造型設(shè)計(jì)同時(shí)涉及技術(shù)、美學(xué)和人機(jī)工程等各種因素,是企業(yè)提升產(chǎn)品價(jià)值的重要突破口。我國(guó)電動(dòng)工具產(chǎn)業(yè)急需發(fā)展自己的品牌形象,提高產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì)不同適用人群開(kāi)發(fā)中高端電動(dòng)工具。由于手握式電動(dòng)工具的造型設(shè)計(jì)涉及到人機(jī)工學(xué),決定了產(chǎn)品的易用性以及使用者長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用對(duì)于手部的勞損,功能和造型是相輔相成的,用戶也愿意為產(chǎn)品造型好的產(chǎn)品買單。針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上角向磨光機(jī)造型趨同化的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)要素與用戶的關(guān)系,借鑒國(guó)外優(yōu)秀案例分析了電動(dòng)工具造型設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出一種新的設(shè)計(jì)方法程序?qū)窍蚰ス鈾C(jī)造型進(jìn)行改良設(shè)計(jì)以開(kāi)發(fā)新市場(chǎng)。在大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)及手工坊興起背景下,首先基于產(chǎn)品造型、功能、美學(xué)和語(yǔ)意分析通過(guò)一體化新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)定性分析確定了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方向,然后結(jié)合語(yǔ)義差分法定量分析了新用戶群體對(duì)于電動(dòng)工具造型設(shè)計(jì)的需求與感性意象,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行角向磨光機(jī)造型設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中將iNPD方法作為研究設(shè)計(jì)方法的主線,首先分析現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)定位和SETC因素,識(shí)別產(chǎn)品機(jī)會(huì)缺口;然后深入了解目標(biāo)用戶群體的需求、喜好、經(jīng)濟(jì)能力和價(jià)值機(jī)會(huì),理解產(chǎn)品機(jī)遇;進(jìn)而分析產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)特征結(jié)合時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為造型設(shè)計(jì)提供參考;最后結(jié)合SD法對(duì)用戶需求進(jìn)行定量分析,建立意向詞匯與造型之間的映射關(guān)系以指導(dǎo)造型設(shè)計(jì)。最后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案與樣本的雷達(dá)圖比對(duì)驗(yàn)證了產(chǎn)品方案與目標(biāo)用戶需求的一致性。通過(guò)SETC因素(即社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、文化四個(gè)因素)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)近年國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中興起的大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)群體、手工工作坊等形式的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式也為電動(dòng)工具的使用提供了新的市場(chǎng)。電動(dòng)工具逐漸從專業(yè)人員向非專業(yè)、個(gè)性化發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了新的社會(huì)需求。并且借助中西差異化的造型美學(xué)塑造不同的產(chǎn)品形象。文中第六章對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)程序的實(shí)踐成功塑造了中國(guó)美學(xué)以靜為美的產(chǎn)品意象,為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的造型設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:There are many electric tools enterprises in our country. At present, with the development of the society, the consumer groups gradually appear to be divided. However, the emergence of new technologies, such as diversified trends, such as 3D printing and so on, in the design and positioning of electric tools in China has also made the future product design more customizable. At present, the population positioning of electric tools is relatively single. Most enterprises draw lessons from foreign best-selling products and seek low price and low cost to make product modeling more similar, which is obviously not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises. The orientation of the consumer population in the foreign market is very comprehensive. At present, the domestic products are mainly aimed at professional workers. As a tool of use, users and enterprises pay more attention to the price and function of the products than to the aesthetics of modeling. Ignore the psychological needs of users. Modeling design is a harmonious unity of technology and aesthetics. The styling design of hand-held electric tools involves various factors such as technology, aesthetics and ergonomics. It is an important breakthrough for enterprises to promote the value of products. China's electric tools industry urgently needs to develop its own brand image, improve product modeling design, for different groups of people to develop high-end electric tools. The styling design of hand-held electric tools involves ergonomics, which determines the ease of use of the products and the fatigue of the hands when the users use them for a long time. The functions and shapes complement each other. Users are also willing to pay for products with good shape. Aiming at the problem of convergent modeling of the upper corner polishing machine in the domestic market at present, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the modeling design of electric tools by analyzing the relationship between the elements of product modeling design and the users, and referring to the excellent cases of foreign countries. A new design method program is proposed to improve the shape of angle grinder in order to develop new market. In the context of mass entrepreneurship and the rise of handicrafts, the direction of product design is first determined by qualitative analysis of integrated new product development based on product modeling, function, aesthetics and semantic analysis. Based on the semantic difference method, the requirements and perceptual images of the new user group for the modeling design of electric tools are quantitatively analyzed, and the modeling design of the angular polishing machine is carried out according to the analysis results. In the design practice, iNPD method is regarded as the main line of the research and design method. Firstly, we analyze the existing product design orientation and SETC factors, identify the product opportunity gap, and then deeply understand the needs, preferences, economic ability and value opportunities of the target user group. Understanding product opportunities; then analyzing the aesthetic features of product modeling design combined with the trend of development of the times to provide a reference for modeling design; finally combining with the SD method to quantitative analysis of user needs, The mapping relationship between intention vocabulary and modeling is established to guide modeling design. Finally, the consistency between the product scheme and the target user requirements is verified by comparing the design scheme with the radar map of the sample. Through the analysis of SETC factors (i.e. social, economic, technological and cultural factors), it is found that the industrial model of mass entrepreneurship group and manual workshop, which has emerged in recent years, also provides a new market for the use of electric tools. The development of electric tools from non-professional to non-professional and individualized has brought about new social demands. And with the help of Chinese and Western differences in modeling aesthetics to shape different product images. The sixth chapter successfully molds the product image of Chinese aesthetics which regards static as beauty and provides reference for the modeling design of related products.
