基于滲流特性的型煤制備實驗研究與評價

【摘要】:在我國,煤層氣資源十分豐富,通過研究煤儲層滲流特性從而提高煤層氣的產(chǎn)量成為我國現(xiàn)有實驗研究的必要途徑。然而,大部分煤層的裂隙結(jié)構(gòu)、層理和節(jié)理發(fā)育明顯,造成鉆取原煤的成功率降低,阻礙了實驗室的相關(guān)研究。因此,通過型煤試件代替原煤可解決實驗中存在的障礙,但前提是減小型煤試件與原煤試件在滲流特性中的差異。本文研究為實驗室型煤的制備方法提供一定的指導(dǎo)與依據(jù)。本文以大同煤礦集團有限責(zé)任公司晉華宮礦10號煤層的煤樣為研究對象,使用WYS-800微機控制電液伺服三軸瓦斯?jié)B流試驗裝置進行常規(guī)三軸壓縮試驗,對比分析不同制備過程的型煤試件與原煤試件的滲流特性,其實驗結(jié)論如下:(1)鈉基膨潤土做粘結(jié)劑時,增加粘結(jié)劑含量,峰值偏應(yīng)力、彈性模量先增加后減小,起始滲透率和最低滲透率逐漸降低。粘結(jié)劑含量7%時,其抗壓強度、泊松比與原煤接近,但彈性模量相差較大,滲透率的變化與原煤最為接近。粘結(jié)劑含量相同時,烘干溫度增加,抗壓強度增加,滲透率逐漸增大,烘干溫度105℃時,滲流特性與原煤最為接近。對試件進行余弦相似性度量分析,由分析結(jié)果可知,鈉基膨潤土粘結(jié)劑含量7%,烘干溫度105℃時,型煤試件的計算結(jié)果最大,與原煤最為接近。(2)水泥做粘結(jié)劑時,增加粘結(jié)劑含量,峰值偏應(yīng)力增加,彈性模量增加,起始滲透率和最低滲透率逐漸降低。粘結(jié)劑含量20%時,抗壓強度、泊松比、彈性模量以及滲透率的變化都與原煤較為接近。改變煤粉粒徑時,80-100目煤粉粒徑的型煤試件與原煤滲流特性較為接近,試驗中其余目數(shù)型煤試件的滲透率遠大于原煤的滲透率,對其進行余弦相似性度量分析,水泥粘結(jié)劑含量20%,煤粉粒徑80-100目時,型煤試件的計算結(jié)果最大,與原煤最為接近。(3)聚醋酸乙烯乳液做粘結(jié)劑時,增加粘結(jié)劑含量,峰值偏應(yīng)力增加,起始滲透率和最低滲透率逐漸降低。粘結(jié)劑含量7%時,其抗壓強度、泊松比、彈性模量、滲透率變化與原煤較為接近。增加烘干溫度,峰值偏應(yīng)力增加,起始滲透率和最低滲透率逐漸增加,烘干溫度90℃時,滲流特性效果較好。水膠比1:2時,起始滲透率和最低滲透率大于水膠比1:1的型煤試件。成型壓力增加,起始滲透率和最低滲透率降低。成型壓力40MPa時,彈性模量、泊松比、抗壓強度,滲透率變化與原煤較為接近。對試件進行余弦相似性度量分析時,聚醋酸乙烯乳液粘結(jié)劑含量7%,烘干溫度90℃,成型壓力45MPa,水膠比1:2,粉煤粒徑80-100目時,型煤試件的計算結(jié)果最大,且值大于鈉基膨潤土粘結(jié)劑型煤試件、水泥粘結(jié)劑型煤試件的計算值,變形特征和滲流特性與原煤最為接近,計算結(jié)果為0.991。
[Abstract]:In China, the coal bed methane resources are very rich. It is necessary to study the percolation characteristics of coal reservoir to improve the coal bed methane production. However, the fracture structure, bedding and joint development of most coal beds are obvious, which results in the decrease of the success rate of drilling raw coal and hinders the related research in the laboratory. Therefore, the obstacles in the experiment can be solved by replacing the raw coal with briquette, but the premise is to reduce the difference in seepage characteristics between briquette and raw coal. This paper provides some guidance and basis for the preparation of briquette in laboratory. In this paper, the coal sample of No. 10 coal seam in Jinhuagong Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd. is studied. The conventional triaxial compression test is carried out with WYS-800 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo triaxial gas seepage test device. The percolation characteristics of briquette samples and raw coal samples in different preparation processes are analyzed. The experimental results are as follows: when sodium bentonite is used as binder, the content of binder increases, the peak deflection stress and elastic modulus increase first and then decrease. The initial permeability and the minimum permeability gradually decrease. When the binder content is 7, the compressive strength and Poisson's ratio are close to the raw coal, but the modulus of elasticity is quite different, and the change of permeability is the most close to that of the raw coal. When the binder content is the same, the drying temperature increases, the compressive strength increases, and the permeability increases gradually. At the drying temperature of 105 鈩,
