抑制型抗高溫降濾失劑的合成與性能研究

【摘要】:隨著對(duì)油氣資源的勘探開發(fā)不斷向深部地層發(fā)展,作為水基鉆井液體系關(guān)鍵組成部分的處理劑面臨著高溫與鹽鈣侵入的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn),研制開發(fā)抗溫耐鹽、鈣且同時(shí)具備抑制性和降濾失性能的水基鉆井液處理劑,成為我國(guó)油田化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新課題。本文依據(jù)分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有抗溫耐鹽處理劑的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),選擇2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)為反應(yīng)單體,以過硫酸鉀為引發(fā)劑,純水為反應(yīng)溶劑,通過自由基共聚,合成了兩性離子共聚物降濾失劑AMPS/AM/AA。通過考察不同合成條件下的產(chǎn)物抑制性、流變性以及降濾失性能的變化,優(yōu)化了反應(yīng)體系的反應(yīng)條件:引發(fā)劑用量、單體總濃度、單體配比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等,確定了制備抑制型抗高溫降濾失劑AMPS/AM/AA的最優(yōu)合成條件。通過紅外光譜分析(FTIR)、熱重分析(TGA)等方法對(duì)聚合物AMPS/AM/AA進(jìn)行了表征分析,結(jié)果表明聚合物中含有主要特征官能團(tuán),且分子量大小適中,產(chǎn)物具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性能,可抗330℃高溫。通過流變和濾失實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)AMPS/AM/AA性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)聚合物AMPS/AM/AA加量1%時(shí),基漿的濾失量從未入前的27.6 mL降至3.2 mL且流變性得到改善,在此加量下的復(fù)合鹽水基漿體系(其中NaCl加量為5%、CaCl2加量為0.8%),經(jīng)220℃高溫老化16 h后依舊可維持較低濾失量,證明AMPS/AM/AA具備優(yōu)異的抗溫抗鹽鈣降濾失性能,與TZGJ-1和GT-888的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)亦證明了這一點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)高溫高壓下水泥漿濾失量的測(cè)定,表明聚合物AMPS/AM/AA在30 min內(nèi)未發(fā)生擊穿現(xiàn)象且轉(zhuǎn)化后的濾失量不超過50 mL。借助激光粒度分布儀對(duì)聚合物AMPS/AM/AA的作用機(jī)理做了簡(jiǎn)單分析研究,研究表明,降濾失劑AMPS/AM/AA的加入增強(qiáng)了黏土顆粒的水化分散能力,形成對(duì)微細(xì)顆粒的護(hù)膠作用進(jìn)而阻止其碰撞聚結(jié),有利于體系通過顆粒間的緊密堆積形成致密濾餅,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)降低濾失量和抑制粘土膨脹的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of exploration and development of oil and gas resources to deep strata, the treatment agent, which is a key component of water-based drilling fluid system, is facing the severe test of high temperature and salt calcium intrusion. The water-based drilling fluid treatment agent, which has both inhibition and filtration reduction properties, has become a new subject in the field of oil field chemistry in China. According to the theory of molecular structure design, this paper combines the structural characteristics of existing temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant treatment agents. Free radical copolymerization was carried out with potassium persulfate as initiator and pure water as solvent. Amphoteric copolymer filtration reducer AMPS / AM / AA was synthesized. The reaction conditions of AMPS / AM / AA were optimized by investigating the changes of product inhibition, rheological properties and filtration loss performance under different synthesis conditions: the amount of initiator, the total concentration of monomer, and the ratio of monomer. The optimum synthetic conditions for the preparation of AMPS/AM/AA were determined by reaction temperature, reaction time and so on. The polymer AMPS/AM/AA was characterized by FTIR and TGA. The results show that the polymer has main functional groups, moderate molecular weight, good thermal stability and high temperature resistance at 330 鈩,
