巖石沖擊傾向性及其影響因素試驗研究

【摘要】:巖石的沖擊傾向性(或稱巖爆傾向性)是影響煤礦沖擊地壓和巖爆的主要因素之一,而且是巖石力學界需要研究解決的科學難題。本論文以巖石沖擊傾向性為研究對象,探討了其在不同影響因素下的變化規(guī)律。對砂巖、石灰?guī)r、泥巖進行單軸壓縮試驗,通過理論分析提出屈服度與屈服量的概念,計算出每個試樣的沖擊傾向性參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)BIM與屈服度關(guān)系良好,依據(jù)BIM對沖擊性的評價標準,提出屈服度作為沖擊性指標的評價標準;對花崗巖、灰?guī)r、砂巖、大理巖分別進行干燥、泡水、不同圍壓、不同高徑比的單軸壓縮試驗和常規(guī)三軸壓縮試驗得到全應力-應變曲線和基本物理力學參數(shù),分析三種因素對巖石力學性質(zhì)的影響,并采用五種強度準則對砂巖的強度與圍壓進行擬合,發(fā)現(xiàn)指數(shù)準則擬合效果更佳。對沖擊傾向性研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)泡水后BIM和屈服度值升高、KE值降低,因此其沖擊傾向性降低;而動態(tài)破壞時間并不能準確地表達沖擊傾向性;圍壓可使BIM、屈服度值升高,KE值降低,從而降低了巖石的沖擊傾向性;高徑比越大,BIM、屈服量、屈服度均減小,沖擊傾向性增大,而KE值增大。因此,隨著高徑比的增大,巖石沖擊傾向性升高。綜合研究結(jié)果,對煤、金屬礦深井開采、地下工程的沖擊地壓及巖爆理論研究及防治具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Rock impact tendency (or rock burst tendency) is one of the main factors that affect the impact ground pressure and rock burst in coal mine, and it is also a scientific problem to be solved in rock mechanics. The uniaxial compression tests of sandstone, limestone and mudstone are carried out. The concepts of yield degree and yield quantity are put forward through theoretical analysis, and the impact tendency parameters of each sample are calculated. It is found that the relationship between BIM and yield is good. According to the evaluation standard of BIM for impact, the yield degree is put forward as the evaluation standard of impact, and the granites, limestone, sandstone and marble are dried, foamed with water and different confining pressures, respectively, for granite, limestone, sandstone and marble. The full stress-strain curves and basic physical and mechanical parameters are obtained by uniaxial compression tests and conventional triaxial compression tests with different height-diameter ratios. The effects of three factors on the mechanical properties of rock are analyzed. Five kinds of strength criteria are used to fit the strength and confining pressure of sandstone, and it is found that the exponential criterion is more effective. When the impact tendency is studied, it is found that the BIM and yield value increase and the value of yield decreases after bubble water, so the impact tendency decreases. But dynamic failure time can not accurately express impact tendency, confining pressure can make BIMs rise and yield value increase and Ke value decrease, thus reducing rock impact tendency, the higher the ratio of height to diameter is, the lower the yield and yield degree are, and the impact tendency is increased. Therefore, with the increase of the ratio of height to diameter, the rock impact tendency increases. The comprehensive research results have a certain guiding significance for the theoretical study and prevention of rock burst and rock burst in deep well mining of coal and metal mines and underground engineering.
