新型水基清蠟劑的研制

【摘要】:延長油田七里村采油廠油井結(jié)蠟問題嚴(yán)重,嚴(yán)重影響油井的正常生產(chǎn),導(dǎo)致油井產(chǎn)量降低,生產(chǎn)成本上升。本文以七里村采油廠不同區(qū)塊的原油及油井生產(chǎn)過程中析出的蠟作為研究對(duì)象。對(duì)原油和蠟的物性、蠟、膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)含量進(jìn)行了分析測(cè)定,并使用差示掃描量熱法測(cè)定了原油的析蠟點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:七里村采油廠原油的蠟、膠質(zhì)含量和析蠟點(diǎn)普遍偏高。針對(duì)七里村采油廠原油的特征,篩選清蠟劑所用溶劑和表面活性劑,然后采用均勻?qū)嶒?yàn)和正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了4種水基清蠟劑的配方。其具體組成和性能如下:WPR-Ⅰ:復(fù)合有機(jī)溶劑(35%)+復(fù)合表面活性劑(15%)+互溶劑(5%)+水(45%),清蠟速率可達(dá)到0.0436g/min,是SY/T6300-2009《采油用清、防蠟劑技術(shù)條件》要求的2.7倍。針對(duì)58#石蠟、柴油體系防蠟率可達(dá)到43.67%,針對(duì)七里村含蠟原油防蠟率可達(dá)到43.05%。WPR-Ⅱ:復(fù)合有機(jī)溶劑(35%)+復(fù)合表面活性劑(35%)+互溶劑(5%)+水(25%),清蠟速率可達(dá)到0.0449g/min,是清蠟劑指標(biāo)要求的2.8倍。針對(duì)58#石蠟、柴油體系防蠟率可達(dá)到42.78%,針對(duì)七里村含蠟原油防蠟率可達(dá)到42.87%。WPR-Ⅲ:復(fù)合有機(jī)溶劑(35%)+復(fù)合表面活性劑(35%)+互溶劑(10%)+水(20%);清蠟速率可達(dá)到0.0421g/min,是清蠟劑指標(biāo)要求的2.3倍。針對(duì)58#石蠟、柴油體系防蠟率可達(dá)到47.54%,針對(duì)七里村含蠟原油防蠟率可達(dá)到43.56%。WPR-Ⅳ:復(fù)合有機(jī)溶劑(30%)+復(fù)合表面活性劑(25%)+互溶劑(15%)+水(30%),清蠟速率可達(dá)到0.0466g/min,為清蠟劑指標(biāo)要求的2.9倍。針對(duì)58#石蠟、柴油體系防蠟率可達(dá)到47.06%,針對(duì)七里村含蠟原油防蠟率可達(dá)到45.06%。
[Abstract]:The problem of wax deposit in oil wells of Qilicun Oil production Plant in Yanchang Oilfield is serious, which seriously affects the normal production of oil wells and results in the decrease of oil well production. In this paper, the crude oil in different blocks of Qilicun Oil production Plant and the wax precipitated in the production process of the oil well are taken as the research object. The physical properties of crude oil and wax, the content of wax, colloid and asphaltene are analyzed and measured. The experimental results show that the wax content, colloid content and wax point of crude oil in Qilicun Oil production Plant are generally high. In view of the characteristics of crude oil in Qilicun Oil production Plant, Screening of solvents and surfactants for wax remover, Then the formulations of four water-based dewaxing agents were determined by uniform and orthogonal experiments.
