【摘要】：結(jié)垢問題是油田生產(chǎn)中的難題,特別是硫酸鹽結(jié)垢問題。如果不重視注水過程中的結(jié)垢,就會(huì)給以后的油田生產(chǎn)帶來嚴(yán)重危害。目前主要采用化學(xué)阻垢法來抑制垢的生成,而加入阻垢劑種類主要分為有機(jī)磷系列和聚合物系列。但含有磷元素的阻垢劑排放到環(huán)境中會(huì)污染水質(zhì)。隨著人們對(duì)環(huán)境越來越重視,低磷、無磷阻垢劑的研制已經(jīng)逐漸成為"綠色阻垢劑"研制的熱點(diǎn)方向。本文選擇衣康酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸為原料,過硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,研制出對(duì)硫酸鋇阻垢效果最好的阻垢劑為GYDT。在引發(fā)劑加量為單體總質(zhì)量的8%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3h,反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,四種單體的配比為2:1:1:0.75時(shí)阻垢率最高可達(dá)86.21%。GYDT中含有的羧酸基團(tuán),酯基,醛基和磺酸基團(tuán),可以與金屬離子發(fā)生絡(luò)合作用而達(dá)到阻垢的目的。根據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)GYDT的阻垢性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明:隨溫度的升高,阻垢率先增大后降低,在溫度為85℃時(shí)阻垢率達(dá)到最大;當(dāng)pH值為7.5時(shí)GYDT的阻垢效果最好;當(dāng)阻垢劑濃度一定時(shí),隨Ba2+、SO42-濃度的升高,阻垢率呈降低趨勢(shì),當(dāng)Ba2+濃度為800mg/L、S042-濃度為1000mg/L時(shí)阻垢效果最好;隨礦化度的升高,GYDT對(duì)硫酸鋇垢的阻垢率呈先增大而后緩慢降低的趨勢(shì)。以姬塬油田姬九注與D202-32井水分析資料為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用ScaleChem軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)垢理論預(yù)測研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到姬九注與D202-32井在混合比為5:5時(shí)結(jié)垢量最大,結(jié)垢總量為2219.3mg/L;姬九注與D202-32井以3:7混合時(shí),結(jié)硫酸鋇垢量最大。選取五種阻垢劑對(duì)姬塬油田進(jìn)行應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)GYDT表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定且良好的阻硫酸鋇垢的能力,同時(shí)也可以對(duì)碳酸鍶,硫酸鍶,碳酸鈣起到抑制作用,因此GYDT滿足姬塬油田阻垢的需求。
[Abstract]:Scaling problem is a difficult problem in oilfield production, especially sulfate scaling problem. If we don't pay attention to scaling in water injection process, it will bring serious harm to oil field production in the future. At present, chemical scale inhibition method is mainly used to suppress scale formation. The kinds of scale inhibitors are mainly classified into organic phosphorus series and polymer series. However, scale inhibitors containing phosphorus can pollute water quality in the environment. As people pay more and more attention to the environment, low phosphorus, The development of non-phosphorous scale inhibitor has gradually become the focus of "green scale inhibitor". In this paper, itaconic acid, acrylic acid, methyl acrylate and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid were selected as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The best scale inhibitor for barium sulfate is GYDT.When the amount of initiator is 8% of the total mass of monomer, the reaction time is 3 h, the reaction temperature is 80 鈩，
