耐磨損和耐硫酸腐蝕涂層的研究

【摘要】:集裝箱是較為常見(jiàn)的一種運(yùn)輸工具。在運(yùn)送貨物的過(guò)程中,集裝箱的內(nèi)面漆與貨物直接接觸,需要有較好的耐腐蝕性能。常見(jiàn)的集裝箱涂層是環(huán)氧富鋅底漆在內(nèi)的三層涂層,可以用于運(yùn)送腐蝕性不強(qiáng)的貨物。本文著重研究裝載硫磺的集裝箱內(nèi)面涂層的失效機(jī)理,同時(shí)對(duì)比多種涂層的耐硫酸腐蝕性能和耐磨損性能,選取耐硫酸腐蝕性能較好的聚合物X涂層進(jìn)行改良,提高其耐磨損性能。當(dāng)集裝箱用于運(yùn)送顆粒狀硫磺時(shí),一段時(shí)間后發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)面涂層發(fā)生腐蝕磨損,部分區(qū)域甚至出現(xiàn)腐蝕穿透現(xiàn)象。研究表明,集裝箱的腐蝕機(jī)理為硫化物的氧化和水合鐵離子的水解,而粒狀硫磺在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中對(duì)地面產(chǎn)生磨損,腐蝕和磨損共同作用下導(dǎo)致集裝箱內(nèi)面漆的過(guò)早失效。需要研究一種耐硫酸腐蝕性能和耐磨損性能優(yōu)良的涂層,同時(shí),涂層要符合施工工藝簡(jiǎn)便和低成本的要求。通過(guò)對(duì)比多種性能優(yōu)異的涂層在腐蝕和磨損條件下的表現(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)聚合物X涂層的耐硫酸腐蝕性能最好,但耐磨損性能不高。聚合物X涂料屬于有機(jī)涂料,從增韌、填料、潤(rùn)滑方面出發(fā),在聚合物X涂層中添加聚氨酯、增韌劑、Si02、石墨等,在盡量不改變其耐硫酸腐蝕性能的前提下,提高其耐磨損性能。研究表明,只有通過(guò)添加石墨,才能使得改良后的聚合物X涂層的耐磨損性能得到較大提高。涂層添加石墨后,摩擦表面的形貌平滑,有效防止涂層粘連,降低磨損量。而添加石墨后涂層耐硫酸性能有略微下降。通過(guò)紅外光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),石墨顆粒與聚合物X涂料是機(jī)械混合,沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)。因此,添加石墨使得涂層表面存在間隙,離子運(yùn)輸通道的形成時(shí)間縮短,耐腐蝕性能下降。石墨-聚合物X涂層的提出有希望為裝載硫磺集裝箱內(nèi)面漆失效問(wèn)題提供一種有效的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Container is a common means of transport. In the process of transporting the goods, the inner paint of the container is in direct contact with the cargo and requires better corrosion resistance. The common container coating is three coatings including epoxy zinc rich primer, In this paper, the failure mechanism of the inner coating of container containing sulfur is studied, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of various coatings are compared. The polymer X coating with good corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid was selected to improve its wear resistance. When the container was used to transport granular sulfur, corrosion and wear of the inner coating was found after a period of time. The corrosion mechanism of containers is the oxidation of sulfides and hydrolysis of hydrated iron ions, while granular sulfur causes wear on the ground during transportation. Corrosion and wear together lead to premature failure of container interior paint. It is necessary to study a coating with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance of sulfuric acid, at the same time, The coating should meet the requirements of simple construction and low cost. By comparing the performance of many excellent coatings under corrosion and wear conditions, it is found that polymer X coating has the best corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid. But the wear resistance is not high. The polymer X coating is an organic coating. From the aspects of toughening, packing and lubrication, adding polyurethane, toughening agent Si02, graphite and so on in the polymer X coating, without changing its sulfuric acid corrosion resistance as far as possible, The study shows that the wear resistance of the modified polymer X coating can be greatly improved only by adding graphite. After adding graphite, the surface morphology of the friction surface is smooth, and the adhesion of the coating is effectively prevented. The sulphuric acid resistance of the coating decreased slightly after adding graphite. Infrared spectroscopy showed that graphite particles were mechanically mixed with polymer X coating, and there was no chemical reaction. The addition of graphite resulted in a gap on the surface of the coating, and the formation time of the ion transport channel was shortened. The introduction of graphite-polymer X coating is expected to provide an effective solution to the failure of sulphur container interior paint.
