三維機(jī)織物復(fù)合材料頭盔殼體的制備及成型

【摘要】:防護(hù)裝備隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展而持續(xù)不斷更新,其中頭盔作為人們?cè)谲娛、運(yùn)動(dòng)、交通以及工地等領(lǐng)域的主要防護(hù)用品起著重要作用。高性能纖維機(jī)織物因具有高強(qiáng)高模的結(jié)構(gòu)特性而被用于防護(hù)用紡織品的開(kāi)發(fā)。三維機(jī)織物由于在其厚度方向擁有纖維束,使其復(fù)合材料的抗分層性能和抗沖擊性能更加優(yōu)異,在防護(hù)領(lǐng)域(如防彈、防暴等)已有廣泛應(yīng)用。對(duì)位芳綸纖維和超高分子量聚乙烯纖維可織性好,其機(jī)織物增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料均具較高的耐沖擊性能,適用于防暴頭盔殼體。本文以三維經(jīng)角聯(lián)鎖為織物基本組織結(jié)構(gòu),分別以美國(guó)杜邦公司生產(chǎn)的1500D芳綸凱夫拉纖維無(wú)捻長(zhǎng)絲和國(guó)產(chǎn)1500D超高分子量聚乙烯纖維無(wú)捻長(zhǎng)絲在普通小樣織機(jī)上織造出其三、五、七、九層角聯(lián)鎖三維機(jī)織物,并織造出芳綸平紋機(jī)織物加以對(duì)比。經(jīng)與手糊成型復(fù)合效果對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),真空輔助樹(shù)脂傳遞模塑成型工藝(VARTM)更適合用來(lái)對(duì)織物預(yù)制件進(jìn)行復(fù)合加工。將E-51環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂作為基體,丙酮作為稀釋劑,三乙烯四胺作為固化劑,把九種不同機(jī)織物分別作為增強(qiáng)材料并通過(guò)VARTM來(lái)完成十二種不同三維機(jī)織物復(fù)合材料板材的制備及成型。本文分別測(cè)試了十二種三維機(jī)織物復(fù)合材料試樣的拉伸性能、沖擊性能以及彎曲性能,確定使用芳綸五層角聯(lián)鎖織物組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行復(fù)合材料頭盔殼體的制備。將1500D芳綸無(wú)捻長(zhǎng)絲在經(jīng)改造的小樣織機(jī)上織造出五層角聯(lián)鎖寬幅織物,并運(yùn)用VARTM將平鋪在模具上的寬幅織物進(jìn)行復(fù)合,成功制作出一體成型三維機(jī)織物復(fù)合材料頭盔殼體。最終成品中角聯(lián)鎖機(jī)織物平鋪均勻且無(wú)褶皺,外觀光滑無(wú)氣泡,質(zhì)輕且實(shí)用性強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the protective equipment has been continuously updated, in which helmets are used as people in military, sports, High performance fiber woven fabrics are used in the development of protective textiles for their structural characteristics of high strength and high modulus. Three-dimensional woven fabrics have fiber bundles in the direction of their thickness. It has been widely used in the field of protection (such as bulletproof, anti-riot, etc.), and has been widely used in the fields of protection, such as para-aramid fiber and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. The woven fabric reinforced composites have high impact resistance and are suitable for the anti-riot helmet shell. In this paper, three-dimensional interlocking is used as the basic structure of the fabric. Three dimensional woven fabrics with three, five, seven and nine layers of angle interlocking were made on ordinary loom with 1500D aramid Kafla fiber and 1500D UHMWPE fiber untwisted filament produced by DuPont Company of the United States of America and 1500D UHMWPE fiber respectively. Compared with hand paste, the vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process (VARTMTM) is more suitable for composite processing of fabric preforms. E-51 epoxy resin is used as matrix. Acetone as diluent, triethylenetetramine as curing agent, Nine different woven fabrics were used as reinforcements and 12 different 3D woven fabric composite plates were prepared and formed by VARTM. The tensile properties of 12 kinds of 3D woven fabric composites were tested in this paper. The structure of aramid five-layer angle-interlocking fabric was used to prepare the composite helmet shell. The 1500D aramid filament was woven into a five-layer angle-interlocking wide fabric on a modified sample loom. The composite helmet shell of 3D woven fabric was successfully fabricated by using VARTM to compound the wide fabric laid on the mould. The final product of the interlocking woven fabric with angle interlocking fabric was evenly laid and without fold, and the appearance was smooth and without bubbles. Light and practical.
