汪清縣山野菜加工業(yè)調(diào)查分析及發(fā)展對策

【摘要】:山野菜多生長在山區(qū),它的天然純凈、保健功能強、營養(yǎng)價值高等顯著特點越來越受到廣大人民的喜愛。世界各國的野菜加工業(yè)正在蓬勃發(fā)展,進入21世紀(jì)以來,山野菜的開發(fā)利用已成為世界的熱點。汪清縣在山野菜加工業(yè)上有著顯著的優(yōu)勢,也存著在很多問題。本文的目的是對汪清縣山野菜種類及加工業(yè)產(chǎn)量等進行深入調(diào)查分析,闡明汪清山野菜加工業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,并對汪清山野菜加工工業(yè)中存在的生產(chǎn)方式落后、政策扶持和產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)力度不夠等問題,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的思路與對策。本文的方法是通過實地走訪、開展座談、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,對延邊州農(nóng)委、汪清縣山野菜加工企業(yè)、采摘戶、政府部門進行調(diào)研山野菜加工產(chǎn)量、種類、產(chǎn)值等因素,進而分析汪清縣山野菜加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢和存在的相關(guān)問題,通過問題制定適合汪清縣山野菜加工業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策。調(diào)研結(jié)果如下:1、汪清縣山野菜加工的地域及資源優(yōu)勢。2、汪清縣山野菜加工現(xiàn)狀。3、汪清縣山野菜加工企業(yè)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀。4、汪清縣山野菜加工業(yè)相關(guān)政策。從結(jié)果分析中可以看出,存在如下問題:1、山野菜資源利用率低。2、山野菜加工企業(yè)規(guī)模小、技術(shù)落后。3、山野菜加工產(chǎn)品種類簡單,層次不高。4、對企業(yè)的優(yōu)惠政策好,但在落到過程中存在問題。認(rèn)為解決的對策是:1、充分利用資源優(yōu)勢,大力推進新品種開發(fā)力度。2、加大融資規(guī)模,加快技術(shù)革新。3、加快新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)速度,完成產(chǎn)品的多樣化。4、加強政策引導(dǎo),打造山野菜特色品牌。
[Abstract]:Wild vegetables grow in mountainous areas, its natural purity, strong health care function, high nutritional value and other remarkable characteristics are more and more loved by the majority of the people. The wild vegetable processing industry in the world is booming. Since 21th century, the development and utilization of wild herbs has become a hot spot in the world. Wangqing County has a significant advantage in the processing industry of wild herbs. There are also many problems. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the varieties of wild vegetables and the production of processing industry in Wangqing County, and to clarify the advantages of the processing industry of wild vegetables in Wangqing County. To the problems of backward production mode, insufficient policy support and industrial guidance in the processing industry of wild vegetable in Wangqing, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of industrial development. The method of this paper is to carry out a discussion through field visits. Data analysis and other methods, Yanbian Agricultural Commission, Wangqing County wild vegetable processing enterprises, picking households, government departments to investigate the processing yield, types, output value and other factors. Then it analyzes the industrial advantages and existing problems of mountain wild vegetable processing industry in Wangqing County, and formulates the relevant countermeasures suitable for the development of mountain wild vegetable processing industry in Wangqing County through the problems. The results of investigation and research are as follows: 1. The regional and resource advantages of wild vegetables processing in Wangqing County, the processing status quo of wild vegetables in Wangqing County, and the product status quo of wild vegetable processing enterprises in Wangqing County. From the analysis of the results, we can see that there are the following problems: 1: 1, low utilization ratio of wild vegetable resources, small scale and backward technology of wild vegetable processing enterprises in Wangqing County. The processing products of wild vegetables are simple in type, not high in level. 4. The preferential policies for enterprises are good, but there are some problems in the process. It is considered that the countermeasure to be solved is to make full use of the advantages of resources. Vigorously promote the development of new varieties. 2, increase the scale of financing, speed up technological innovation. 3, speed up the speed of research and development of new products, complete the diversification of products.
