無鉻達克羅涂料中鋅鋁粉析氫規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:達克羅是指由片狀鋅粉、片狀鋁粉、分散劑、鉻酐和其它助劑等組成的新型防腐涂料,在金屬腐蝕的防護方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但達克羅涂料中存在的Cr~(6+)具有高毒性和高致癌性,對自然環(huán)境造成巨大污染,是人類健康的巨大威脅。因此,無鉻達克羅技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生。由于失去了Cr~(6+)的鈍化作用,鋅鋁粉在無鉻達克羅涂料中出現(xiàn)嚴重的析氫現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致涂料儲存時間明顯縮短,涂層性能顯著降低,這使無鉻達克羅涂料的應(yīng)用受到極大限制。為解決這一問題,本文以無鉻達克羅涂料中的片狀鋅鋁粉為研究對象,在無鉻水性環(huán)境中,對鋅鋁粉的析氫規(guī)律進行了研究。旨在全面深入地認識無鉻達克羅中片狀鋅鋁粉的析氫規(guī)律,為新型環(huán)保無鉻達克羅涂料的研制奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文確定了以10mass%吐溫80水溶液為腐蝕介質(zhì)。研究了不同比例的鋅鋁粉(包括純鋅粉、鋅鋁9:1、8:2、7:3、6:4、5:5、4:6、3:7、2:8、1:9混粉、純鋁粉)在水性環(huán)境中的析氫腐蝕規(guī)律。同時,改變水浴溫度分別為40℃、45℃、50℃,研究溫度對各比例鋅鋁粉析氫腐蝕的影響。在腐蝕介質(zhì)中加入煙酸,研究了煙酸作為鈍化劑對不同比例鋅鋁粉(包括純鋅粉、鋅鋁8:2、6:4、4:6、2:8混粉、純鋁粉)析氫腐蝕的影響。通過改變煙酸含量(分別取1g/L、2g/L、3g/L),研究煙酸含量對煙酸抑制作用的影響。將水浴溫度依次設(shè)置為40℃、45℃、50℃,研究溫度變化對煙酸抑制作用的影響。在腐蝕介質(zhì)中加入硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH560,研究了KH560對不同比例鋅鋁粉(包括純鋅粉、鋅鋁8:2、2:8混粉、純鋁粉)析氫腐蝕的影響。將水浴溫度依次設(shè)置為40℃、45℃、50℃,研究溫度變化對KH560抑制作用的影響。在腐蝕介質(zhì)中同時加入煙酸和KH560,研究KH560和煙酸復(fù)配在不同溫度下對鋅鋁粉析氫腐蝕的影響。結(jié)果表明,鋅粉的析氫量最小,隨著鋁粉比例的增大,析氫量在不斷遞增,鋁粉的析氫量最大。環(huán)境溫度越高,析氫速度越大,析氫量也越大。煙酸在控制鋅鋁粉的析氫量和抑制析氫速度方面是一個效果很好的鈍化劑,煙酸的含量越高,抑制效果越明顯,當煙酸含量為3g/L時,即可發(fā)揮較為滿意的抑制效果。另外,煙酸對鋅鋁粉析氫腐蝕的抑制效率隨溫度升高而不斷降低。硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH560僅在反應(yīng)前期能夠抑制鋅鋁粉的析氫腐蝕,延長了析氫誘導(dǎo)階段的時間。在反應(yīng)中后期卻增大了鋅鋁粉的析氫量。KH560與煙酸復(fù)配對鋅鋁粉析氫腐蝕的抑制效果遠不及煙酸單獨加入。
[Abstract]:Dacromet is a new anticorrosive coating composed of flake zinc powder, flake aluminum powder, dispersant, chromic anhydride and other additives. It plays an important role in the protection of metal corrosion, but the existence of Cr~(6 in Dacromet paint has high toxicity and carcinogenicity, which causes huge pollution to the natural environment. It is a great threat to human health. Therefore, chromium-free Dacromet technology emerged as the times require. Due to the loss of Cr~(6) passivation, zinc and aluminum powder in chromium-free Dacromet paint appear serious hydrogen evolution phenomenon. In order to solve this problem, the storage time and the properties of coatings are obviously shortened, which greatly limits the application of chromium-free Dacromet coatings. In this paper, the flake zinc-aluminum powder in chromium-free Dacromet coating was used as the research object, in the chromium-free water environment. The rule of hydrogen evolution of zinc-aluminum powder was studied in order to fully and deeply understand the rule of hydrogen evolution of zinc-aluminum powder without chromium-free Dacromet. In this paper, 10wt% Tween 80 aqueous solution was used as the corrosion medium. Different proportions of zinc and aluminum powder (including pure zinc powder and zinc aluminum 9: 1) were studied.
