【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們對精神和物質(zhì)文化需求的提高,是的建筑物的體量和規(guī)模越來越大,隨著施工規(guī)模和管理難度的增大,建筑工程施工安全管理面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。建筑工程安全事故多發(fā)給人民的生命財產(chǎn)安全帶來了嚴重的威脅的,對傳統(tǒng)安全管理方法提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),如何有效改善這一狀況已經(jīng)成為我們當前必須要面對和解決的問題。隨著建筑信息模型(BIM)技術在我國建筑業(yè)中快速發(fā)展、推廣和應用,有利于完善建筑領域的經(jīng)營管理模式,推動建筑業(yè)的技術革新。BIM技術在專業(yè)協(xié)同設計、建筑性能分析、工程量統(tǒng)計、施工虛擬仿真、系統(tǒng)運行維護等領域已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應用。在項目管理方面,BIM最大的優(yōu)勢在于在項目管理的早期就可以發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決施工過程中可能會碰到的問題以及不同專業(yè)之間的協(xié)同工作以及管理問題。論文首先闡述了施工安全管理、BIM技術以及BIM技術在施工安全管理方面的應用現(xiàn)狀;然后分析了建筑工程施工事故類型、事故部位以及事故的成因;接下來論述了 BIM技術在建筑工程施工安全管理中的應用以及這些應用帶來的好處;最后結合BIM技術在建筑工程中的應用實例,簡要描述了該技術在施工安全管理過程中的應用和產(chǎn)生的效果。希望能夠通過論文的研究,使當前建筑工程施工安全管理的水平的到進一步的提高,降低事故發(fā)生率,保障建筑工人的生命健康安全,降低企業(yè)的損失,提高企業(yè)的社會效益等具有重要理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, improvement of people's spiritual and cultural needs of the volume and size of buildings is more and more big, with the increase of the scale of construction and the management difficulty, the construction safety management is facing more challenges. The construction engineering safety accident prone to people's life and property safety brought serious threat the new challenge to the traditional security management method, how to effectively improve the situation has become that we must face and solve the problems at present. With the building information model (BIM) technology in the rapid development of China's construction industry, promotion and application, is conducive to the improvement of construction management mode, technological innovation.BIM technology to promote the construction of collaborative design in the professional building, performance analysis, construction engineering quantity statistics, virtual simulation, system operation and maintenance and other fields has been widely used. In project management, BIM biggest advantage is that in the early stage of project management can be found and solved in the construction process may encounter problems and different majors between collaborative work and management issues. This paper first describes the construction safety management, application of BIM technology and BIM technology in the construction safety management and analysis; the type of construction accidents in construction engineering, accidents and accidents causes parts; then discusses the application of BIM technology in building engineering construction safety management and benefits of these applications bring; finally, combined with the application of BIM technology in building engineering, a brief description of the application of the technology in the construction safety management process and effect. Hope that through this study, the current situation of construction safety management level to further improve, reduce accidents It has important theoretical and practical significance to guarantee the health and safety of construction workers, to reduce the loss of enterprises and to improve the social benefits of the enterprises.
