【摘要】:自從改革開放以來,我國的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)一直保持較快的增長速度,防水已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的房屋建筑工程,慢慢過渡延伸到公路、鐵路、橋梁、地下、水利及機場等各個工程領(lǐng)域,因而對防水技術(shù)水平提出了更高的要求。非固化橡膠瀝青防水涂料具有自愈合、防竄水、抗?jié)B漏以及耐老化等綜合性能,但該類材料具體性能與最優(yōu)的工程應(yīng)用實施方案尚需要進一步探索,本文依托香格里拉防水工程對DSTD(Dihydroxy Secoandrosta Tetraene Dione)系列非固化橡膠瀝青基防水涂料的性能進行對深入研究。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)對DSTD系列非固化橡膠瀝青防水涂料的配方配合比對防水涂料粘性、低溫柔性和剪切與粘結(jié)強度的影響進行了試驗研究得到如下結(jié)論:(a)增粘劑含量對粘聚力有一定影響,調(diào)整增塑劑和增粘劑之間的比例,可使涂料的粘結(jié)性能達到比較理想的效果;(b)當(dāng)10號瀝青摻量在10%以內(nèi)時,低溫柔性逐漸下降;當(dāng)其摻量超過10%時性能下降比較劇烈,鑒于此,調(diào)整涂料性能時若需要摻10號瀝青時,其摻量應(yīng)控制在10%以內(nèi);(c)10號瀝青的摻入對涂料粘結(jié)強度影響較為明顯,從總體來看控制其摻量在10%內(nèi)時,剪切粘接強度可達到2.9N/mm左右。(2)基于DSTD非固化橡膠瀝青基防水涂料在香格里拉二期項目中的應(yīng)用,本文在參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)防水設(shè)計規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,針對不同類型的防水工程,首次系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了非固化橡膠材料的防水施工工藝和防水細節(jié)施工措施,并最終達到良好的防水效果。(3)提出了DSTD集成防水防護系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)打破了常規(guī)的理念,完全顛覆防水卷材和防水涂料的概念,和基層完全滿粘、內(nèi)應(yīng)力極強、具有蠕動性和跟隨性、又不成膜的涂料,與防水卷材復(fù)合使用可以將該防水涂料與防水卷材的優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮到極致,真正達成“皮膚式”防水層,從下往上防水材料的剛度依次從柔性、半剛性到剛性,給予建筑更持久的防水保護,完全使?jié)B漏問題從根本上得到標(biāo)本兼治地解決。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's infrastructure has maintained a rapid growth rate, waterproof has been from the traditional housing construction projects, slowly extended to roads, railways, bridges, underground. Water conservancy and airport and other engineering fields, so the level of waterproofing technology put forward higher requirements. Uncurable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has self-healing, anti-channeling, anti-leakage and anti-aging comprehensive properties. However, the concrete properties of this kind of materials and the optimal engineering application scheme need to be further explored. This article relies on the Shangri-La waterproof project to DSTD(Dihydroxy Secoandrosta Tetraene Dione). The performance of series of uncurable rubber asphalt based waterproofing coatings is studied. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) the formula mix ratio of DSTD series uncurable rubber asphalt waterproof coatings is viscous to waterproof coatings. The effects of low temperature flexibility and shear and bond strength were studied. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the content of tackifier has a certain effect on the cohesion, and the ratio between plasticizer and tackifier is adjusted. The adhesive property of the coating can reach the ideal effect; When the content of No. 10 pitch is less than 10%, the low temperature flexibility decreases gradually. When the amount of asphalt is more than 10, the performance will decrease sharply. In view of this, if it is necessary to add 10 asphalt to adjust the performance of the coating, the content of the asphalt should be controlled within 10%. The influence of 10 asphalt on the bond strength of the coating is obvious, when the content of the asphalt is controlled within 10% as a whole. Shear bonding strength can reach 2.9N / mm or so.) the application of non-curing rubber bitumen based waterproof coating based on DSTD in Shangri-La Phase II project. On the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign relevant waterproof design codes, the waterproofing construction technology and waterproof detail construction measures of non-curing rubber materials are designed systematically for different types of waterproofing projects for the first time. And finally achieve a good waterproof effect. 3) put forward the DSTD integrated waterproof protection system, this system breaks the conventional idea, completely subverts the concept of waterproof membrane and waterproof coating, and the base completely sticky. The internal stress is very strong, has the creeping and follows the property, and does not form the film the coating, and the waterproof membrane compound use may bring this waterproof coating and the waterproof membrane superiority to the extreme, truly achieves "the skin type" waterproof layer. The stiffness of waterproofing material from bottom to top is from flexibility, semi-rigidity to rigidity, which gives the building more lasting waterproof protection, and completely solves the problem of leakage at both the root and the root.
