【摘要】：作為解決企業(yè)員工心理問題和個(gè)人問題的有效途徑,EAP能幫助企業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)員工存在的心理問題并提供解決方案,帶來許多非財(cái)務(wù)收益,如提升員工士氣、改善組織氛圍,幫助企業(yè)更好地應(yīng)對(duì)變革和危機(jī),還可以幫助企業(yè)降低因員工心理問題產(chǎn)生的管理成本,間接給企業(yè)帶來巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。EAP能充分體現(xiàn)和延伸企業(yè)對(duì)員工全方位的人文關(guān)懷,是企業(yè)為員工提供的“精神福利”。本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)書籍進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和研究,在對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行深入研究、總結(jié)和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)西北油田員工進(jìn)行抽樣一對(duì)一訪談,并根據(jù)訪談結(jié)果編制專屬的心理健康測評(píng)問卷,深入了解西北油田員工的整體狀況,把握員工對(duì)EAP的訴求,為管理者優(yōu)化管理和EAP開展工作提供依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)支撐及方向指導(dǎo)。在訪談與問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,為西北油田量身定做,設(shè)計(jì)EAP方案,并對(duì)該方案實(shí)施后的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,提出意見建議。通過該EAP方案的實(shí)施,關(guān)愛了西北油田員工心理健康狀況,為員工提供了所需的心理幫扶服務(wù),以此來提升西北油田員工的生活質(zhì)量和工作績效,從而達(dá)到員工價(jià)值與企業(yè)效益雙贏的局面。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于豐富EAP在我國石油石化行業(yè)實(shí)施方面的研究,補(bǔ)充員工壓力管理方面的資料,提供EAP在國有企業(yè)落地的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As an effective way to solve the psychological problems of employees and personal problems, EAP can help enterprises to find the psychological problems of the employees and provide solutions, bring a lot of non financial gains, such as to enhance employee morale, improve organizational climate, help enterprises to better cope with change and crisis, also can help enterprises reduce due to psychological problems of employees management the indirect cost, to the enterprise has brought huge economic benefits,.EAP can fully reflect the humanistic care to the employees and a full range of extension of the enterprise, is the enterprise employees to provide "spiritual welfare". In this paper, through the study and research of the domestic and foreign related literature books, in the in-depth study on the related theory basis, summarized and concluded, according to the Northwest Oilfield staff sampling one-on-one interviews, according to the results of the interviews and the questionnaire of mental health assessment exclusive, in-depth understanding of the northwest oil field staff The overall situation, grasp the demands of employees of EAP, carry out the work provided on the basis of data support and direction for administrators to optimize management and EAP. Based on the interview and questionnaire survey, tailored for the Northwest Oilfield, EAP design, and the implementation of the scheme for the evaluation, through the implementation of opinions and suggestions. The EAP program, the health care workers in Northwest psychology, provides the necessary psychological support service for employees, in order to enhance the Northwest Oilfield workers' quality of life and work performance, so as to achieve employee value and enterprise benefit and win-win situation. The innovation of this paper is the research on the implementation of rich EAP in China Petroleum and petrochemical industry, added staff stress management of information, provide EAP in state-owned enterprises landing experience.
