【摘要】:印染廢水具有成分復(fù)雜、色度深且COD高的特點,是工業(yè)廢水中較難處理的一類。苯胺作為制備染料的原材料,是印染廢水中的主要污染物質(zhì),其去除效率可以在一定程度上衡量印染廢水處理技術(shù)的優(yōu)劣。目前國內(nèi)外有大量研究圍繞著如何有效降解印染廢水而展開,其處理方法主要包括物理法、化學(xué)法和生物法。在諸多水處理技術(shù)中,非均相臭氧催化氧化法是基于化學(xué)法的新型高級氧化技術(shù),具有重要研究價值。因此本論文以非均相臭氧催化氧化法為基礎(chǔ),以苯胺為去除目標(biāo),并分別選取了錳鈰氧化物和γγ-氧化鋁作為催化組分和支撐載體,使用浸漬法制備出了不同規(guī)格的催化劑。實驗在臭氧產(chǎn)量0.8 g/h、處理水量2.5 L、苯胺初始濃度30 mg/L的室溫條件下進(jìn)行,對錳鈰浸漬摩爾比、硝酸錳浸漬濃度和催化劑投加量進(jìn)行了深入研究,以探索制備過程中控制因素變化對苯胺去除率的影響。根據(jù)單因素實驗和正交實驗結(jié)果,催化劑制備過程中的最佳錳鈰浸漬摩爾比和最佳硝酸錳浸漬濃度分別為3:1和1.0 mol/L,其中效果最好的一組催化劑相對于空白實驗提高了苯胺去除率11%。結(jié)合考慮到催化劑利用率和苯胺去除率,認(rèn)為當(dāng)苯胺廢水處理量為2.5 L時,最佳催化劑投加量為100 g。通過對正交實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行極差分析和方差分析,得到三個因素影響苯胺去除率的主次順序為:錳鈰浸漬摩爾比硝酸錳浸漬濃度催化劑投加量。
[Abstract]:Printing and dyeing wastewater with complex composition and characteristics of deep color and high COD, is a kind of industrial wastewater is difficult to treat. The raw materials for preparation of aniline dyes, are the main pollutants in dyeing wastewater, the removal efficiency can be measured by the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology to a certain extent at home and abroad have a lot of advantages and disadvantages. Study on how to effectively degrade dyeing wastewater and start the treatment methods mainly include physical method, chemical method and biological method. In many water treatment technology in heterogeneous catalytic ozonation is chemical advanced oxidation technology based on it has important research value. This paper in heterogeneous catalytic ozonation oxidation method based on Aniline Removal, and selected a manganese cerium oxide and gamma gamma alumina as a catalyst component and support carrier, using the catalyst prepared by impregnation of different specifications of the experiments. In the ozone output of 0.8 g/h, 2.5 L of water at room temperature, the initial concentration of aniline is 30 mg/L, the molar ratio of manganese manganese cerium impregnated, impregnation concentration and catalyst dosage were studied, in order to explore the changes of control factors in the preparation process on the removal rate of aniline. According to single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment the best molar ratio in the process of manganese cerium impregnated and best nitrate impregnation concentration of catalyst preparation were 3:1 and 1 mol/L, the effect of a group of the best catalyst compared with the blank experiment to improve the removal rate of aniline with 11%. considering the catalyst utilization rate and the removal rate of aniline, that when the treatment of aniline wastewater was 2.5 L, the best the catalyst dosage of 100 g. by range analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal experimental data, get the order of three factors affecting the removal rate of aniline is: Manganese cerium impregnated Moldova The molar ratio of nitrate impregnation concentration of catalyst dosage.
