垃圾滲濾液反滲透濃縮液的蒸發(fā)濃縮試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),為了更好地滿足生活垃圾填埋場(chǎng)污染物控制的要求,新型膜分離技術(shù)已被大量應(yīng)用在我國(guó)垃圾滲濾液處理領(lǐng)域。反滲透(R0)作為膜分離技術(shù)的典型工藝之一,會(huì)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生膜濾濃縮液。濃縮液具有污染組分復(fù)雜、濃度較高、電導(dǎo)率高等特點(diǎn),需進(jìn)行進(jìn)—步妥善處理。目前濃縮液的處理方法有多種,都存在各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,而組合工藝能發(fā)揮最大優(yōu)勢(shì),彌補(bǔ)各方法的劣勢(shì)。結(jié)合組合工藝處理濃縮液的需求,本論文對(duì)濃縮液進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)再濃縮,將污染物與水分分離,以便于各自最終的無(wú)害化處理。本論文將重點(diǎn)研究濃縮液負(fù)壓真空蒸發(fā)過(guò)程中水分和污染物分離特性,具體工作和結(jié)論如下:(1)以成都市長(zhǎng)安垃圾填埋場(chǎng)的滲濾液反滲透濃縮液為研究對(duì)象,檢測(cè)其水質(zhì)指標(biāo)和物理特性。結(jié)果表明濃縮液具有電導(dǎo)率高、有機(jī)污染濃度高、氨氮含量較低的特點(diǎn),物理特性接近于水。(2)針對(duì)以上水質(zhì)特征,選取并設(shè)計(jì)合適的蒸發(fā)設(shè)備。蒸發(fā)器類(lèi)型選取單效強(qiáng)制外循環(huán)蒸發(fā)器,加熱裝置選取履帶式電加熱器,再以板式換熱器為冷凝器,與各裝置組裝連接成蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)。(3)研究冷凝液水質(zhì)變化,確定適宜蒸發(fā)時(shí)間。以70℃C、0.07MPa真空度和7.58的pH值作為蒸發(fā)條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)蒸發(fā)前12min,冷凝液中COD值隨時(shí)間增加略有升高,而氨氮、pH值、電導(dǎo)率值則逐漸下降;12min后冷凝液中各指標(biāo)值趨穩(wěn)。確定12min為適宜蒸發(fā)時(shí)間。(4)研究主要控制因素對(duì)污染物分離效果的影響,并確定最佳操作條件。試驗(yàn)表明,真空度(溫度)和原液pH值是影響冷凝液水質(zhì)的主要控制因素。設(shè)置交叉分組全試驗(yàn),對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果做方差分析,用最小顯著差數(shù)法進(jìn)行多重比較,再權(quán)衡運(yùn)行中的利弊因素,最終確定了負(fù)壓真空蒸發(fā)的最佳操作條件:真空度選取0.085MPa,pH值為7.58。本論文通過(guò)負(fù)壓真空蒸發(fā)試驗(yàn)研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了反滲透濃縮液污染物和水分的有效分離,得出了最佳操作條件,為反滲透濃縮液的蒸發(fā)濃縮實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供有力的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to better meet the requirements of municipal solid waste landfill pollutant control. New membrane separation technology has been widely used in the field of landfill leachate treatment in China. Reverse osmosis (R0) is one of the typical membrane separation technologies. Membrane filtrate concentrate will be produced in the process of operation. The concentrated liquid has the characteristics of complex pollution component, high concentration, high conductivity, and so on, which need to be properly treated by step by step. At present, there are a variety of treatment methods of concentrated liquid. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the combined process can play the greatest advantage and make up for the disadvantages of each method. Combined with the combined process to deal with the needs of concentrated liquid, the concentrated liquid is evaporated and reconcentrated in this paper. In order to separate pollutants from water in order to facilitate their final harmless treatment, this paper will focus on the characteristics of separation of water and pollutants during vacuum evaporation of concentrated liquid under negative pressure. The specific work and conclusion are as follows: (1) taking the leachate reverse osmosis concentrate of Chengdu Changan landfill as the research object, the water quality index and physical characteristics of the concentrated leachate are tested. The results show that the concentrated liquor has high conductivity. The characteristics of high concentration of organic pollution and low content of ammonia nitrogen. The physical characteristics are close to that of water. (2) according to the above characteristics of water quality, the suitable evaporation equipment is selected and designed. The type of evaporator is single effect forced external circulation evaporator. The heating device selects the tracked electric heater, then takes the plate heat exchanger as the condenser, and assembles with each unit to form the evaporation system.
