【摘要】:聚酰胺多胺環(huán)氧氯丙烷樹脂(PAE樹脂)是一種作為紙張濕強劑的造紙化學品。為了提高PAE樹脂產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力,改善PAE樹脂應用效果,通過實習對企業(yè)PAE樹脂的生產(chǎn)情況進行跟蹤,通過將PAE樹脂作為單一造紙化學品添加于紙張的應用試驗,具體研究了PAE樹脂合成適宜的改進工藝,并對比工藝改進前后合成的PAE樹脂在壁紙原紙上的使用情況,分析其應用效果。首先,跟蹤原有PAE樹脂的生產(chǎn)工藝,結合文獻閱讀以及企業(yè)設備條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)延長預聚物合成保溫時間的改進措施可行性好且可操作性強。綜合考慮后,采用延長聚酰胺多胺預聚物合成的保溫時間,希望達到改善PAE樹脂應用效果的目的。通過一段時間的生產(chǎn)試驗跟蹤檢測,分析討論,結果表明,比較適宜的合成條件為:向反應釜中先投入水60 kg和己二酸500 kg,攪拌均勻后,再控制速度加入二乙烯三胺370 kg(即酸胺摩爾比為1:0.95),反應溫度控制在165℃,保溫時間13h~14 h,注意反應過程中冷卻水的收集。然后,將工藝改進前后合成的預聚物與環(huán)氧氯丙烷反應合成PAE樹脂,并進行PAE樹脂在紙張上的應用試驗,結果表明,在以中順木漿為漿料,定量為80 g/m~2的紙張上,PAE樹脂添加量為20 kg/t紙時,對紙張的增強效果達到最佳,成紙的干抗張強度和濕抗張強度分別提高0.111 kN/m和0.023 kN/m。最后,將工藝改進前后合成的PAE樹脂以及其他公司的PAE樹脂,分別應用于定量為80 g/m~2、90 g/m~2和100 g/m~2壁紙原紙的用戶生產(chǎn)性試驗中,分析不同型號PAE樹脂在壁紙原紙上的增強效果。通過對壁紙原紙的物理性能結果分析,在壁紙原紙生產(chǎn)過程中PAE樹脂的最佳應用條件為:PAE添加量為20 kg/t紙,添加點位于壓力篩出口。工藝改進后合成的PAE樹脂應用后的成紙抗張強度和濕強度得到提高。通過延長聚酰胺多胺預聚物的合成保溫時間的方法,根據(jù)PAE樹脂生產(chǎn)性試驗結果表明,工藝改進后的PAE樹脂應用效果得到了改善,具備更強的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin (PAE) is a kind of paper chemicals used as wet strength agent for paper. In order to improve the market competitiveness of PAE resin and improve the application effect of PAE resin. The production of PAE resin in the enterprise was tracked through practice. Through the application experiment of adding PAE resin as a single papermaking chemical to paper, the suitable improved technology for the synthesis of PAE resin was studied in detail. And compare the use of synthetic PAE resin on wallpaper base paper before and after the process improvement, and analyze its application effect. First, follow up the original PAE resin production process, combined with literature reading and equipment conditions of the enterprise. It is found that it is feasible and feasible to improve the heat preservation time of synthesis of prepolymer. After comprehensive consideration, the heat preservation time of synthesis of polyamide polyamine prepolymer is prolonged. It is hoped to improve the application effect of PAE resin. Through a period of production test tracking, analysis and discussion, the results show that. The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: 60 kg water and 500 kg adipic acid were injected into the reactor and stirred evenly.
