【摘要】:聚酰胺多胺環(huán)氧氯丙烷樹脂(PAE樹脂)是一種作為紙張濕強(qiáng)劑的造紙化學(xué)品。為了提高PAE樹脂產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力,改善PAE樹脂應(yīng)用效果,通過實(shí)習(xí)對企業(yè)PAE樹脂的生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行跟蹤,通過將PAE樹脂作為單一造紙化學(xué)品添加于紙張的應(yīng)用試驗(yàn),具體研究了PAE樹脂合成適宜的改進(jìn)工藝,并對比工藝改進(jìn)前后合成的PAE樹脂在壁紙?jiān)埳系氖褂们闆r,分析其應(yīng)用效果。首先,跟蹤原有PAE樹脂的生產(chǎn)工藝,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)閱讀以及企業(yè)設(shè)備條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)延長預(yù)聚物合成保溫時間的改進(jìn)措施可行性好且可操作性強(qiáng)。綜合考慮后,采用延長聚酰胺多胺預(yù)聚物合成的保溫時間,希望達(dá)到改善PAE樹脂應(yīng)用效果的目的。通過一段時間的生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)跟蹤檢測,分析討論,結(jié)果表明,比較適宜的合成條件為:向反應(yīng)釜中先投入水60 kg和己二酸500 kg,攪拌均勻后,再控制速度加入二乙烯三胺370 kg(即酸胺摩爾比為1:0.95),反應(yīng)溫度控制在165℃,保溫時間13h~14 h,注意反應(yīng)過程中冷卻水的收集。然后,將工藝改進(jìn)前后合成的預(yù)聚物與環(huán)氧氯丙烷反應(yīng)合成PAE樹脂,并進(jìn)行PAE樹脂在紙張上的應(yīng)用試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,在以中順木漿為漿料,定量為80 g/m~2的紙張上,PAE樹脂添加量為20 kg/t紙時,對紙張的增強(qiáng)效果達(dá)到最佳,成紙的干抗張強(qiáng)度和濕抗張強(qiáng)度分別提高0.111 kN/m和0.023 kN/m。最后,將工藝改進(jìn)前后合成的PAE樹脂以及其他公司的PAE樹脂,分別應(yīng)用于定量為80 g/m~2、90 g/m~2和100 g/m~2壁紙?jiān)埖挠脩羯a(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)中,分析不同型號PAE樹脂在壁紙?jiān)埳系脑鰪?qiáng)效果。通過對壁紙?jiān)埖奈锢硇阅芙Y(jié)果分析,在壁紙?jiān)埳a(chǎn)過程中PAE樹脂的最佳應(yīng)用條件為:PAE添加量為20 kg/t紙,添加點(diǎn)位于壓力篩出口。工藝改進(jìn)后合成的PAE樹脂應(yīng)用后的成紙抗張強(qiáng)度和濕強(qiáng)度得到提高。通過延長聚酰胺多胺預(yù)聚物的合成保溫時間的方法,根據(jù)PAE樹脂生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,工藝改進(jìn)后的PAE樹脂應(yīng)用效果得到了改善,具備更強(qiáng)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin (PAE) is a kind of paper chemicals used as wet strength agent for paper. In order to improve the market competitiveness of PAE resin and improve the application effect of PAE resin. The production of PAE resin in the enterprise was tracked through practice. Through the application experiment of adding PAE resin as a single papermaking chemical to paper, the suitable improved technology for the synthesis of PAE resin was studied in detail. And compare the use of synthetic PAE resin on wallpaper base paper before and after the process improvement, and analyze its application effect. First, follow up the original PAE resin production process, combined with literature reading and equipment conditions of the enterprise. It is found that it is feasible and feasible to improve the heat preservation time of synthesis of prepolymer. After comprehensive consideration, the heat preservation time of synthesis of polyamide polyamine prepolymer is prolonged. It is hoped to improve the application effect of PAE resin. Through a period of production test tracking, analysis and discussion, the results show that. The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: 60 kg water and 500 kg adipic acid were injected into the reactor and stirred evenly.
