【摘要】：在石油煉制領(lǐng)域,“提升管+氣固分布器+流化床層”形式反應(yīng)器得到了較多的研究和應(yīng)用,“氣固分布器+流化床層”形式的出口結(jié)構(gòu)是組合約束型提升管的主要構(gòu)型特征,而提升管出口段下行顆粒及團(tuán)聚物的出現(xiàn)不僅是“氣固分布器+流化床層”式出口約束的一種直觀體現(xiàn),其自身的流動(dòng)特性也是影響出口段氣固總體流動(dòng)特性的重要因素。因此,本文選取距出口較近的提升管中上部(統(tǒng)稱為“出口段”)為研究區(qū)域,以下行顆粒為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)下行顆粒流動(dòng)參數(shù)的測(cè)量,及與常規(guī)提升管內(nèi)下行顆粒流動(dòng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,綜合分析組合約束型提升管出口段下行顆粒流動(dòng)特性,以期為深入揭示“氣固分布器+流化床層”的出口約束影響機(jī)制提供參考。結(jié)果表明,組合約束型提升管出口段沿軸向向下可以分為三個(gè)流動(dòng)區(qū)域:①Ⅰ區(qū)——出口約束與變徑結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同影響區(qū),②Ⅱ區(qū)——出口約束與氣體提升協(xié)同影響區(qū),③Ⅲ區(qū)——?dú)怏w提升影響區(qū);下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物與下行顆粒整體的動(dòng)力學(xué)性質(zhì)是相關(guān)的;下行顆粒局部固含率、速度、返混比和下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物局部固含率、速度、持續(xù)時(shí)間、尺寸沿徑向上由中心到邊壁均呈逐漸增大的分布趨勢(shì),徑向各位置都隨表觀氣速及分布器開孔率的增加而降低,隨顆粒循環(huán)強(qiáng)度及上部流化床層壓降的增加而增加,沿提升管出口軸向向下,均呈先增加再降低,然后再增加的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),而下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物頻率在徑向上的分布趨勢(shì)以及隨條件的變化情況與之相反;下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物特性參數(shù)與其流動(dòng)參數(shù)存在對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系:隨著下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物尺寸增大,其聚集與解體頻率呈減小趨勢(shì),下行速度與固含率均呈增大趨勢(shì);隨著團(tuán)聚物聚集與解體頻率增加,其固含率和速度均呈減小趨勢(shì);隨著團(tuán)聚物固含率增加,其下行速度呈增大趨勢(shì);綜合提升管內(nèi)表觀氣速、系統(tǒng)顆粒循環(huán)強(qiáng)度、上部流化床層壓降、氣固分布器開孔率影響,對(duì)出口約束與氣體提升協(xié)同影響區(qū)內(nèi)不同軸徑向位置下行顆粒團(tuán)聚物尺寸進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián),其平均相對(duì)誤差為7.5%。
[Abstract]:In the field of oil refining, "riser + gas solids distributor + fluidized bed reactor form has been researched and applied more," the export structure of gas solid fluidized bed + distributor "form is a combination of constraint to improve the main configuration features of the tube, and improve the exit and downward particle agglomerates only is the gas solid fluidized bed + distributor" export constraints a visual manifestation, an important factor in its flow characteristics also affect the export of gas and solid overall flow characteristics. Therefore, this paper selects from near an exit in the upper part of the riser (collectively referred to as the "exit section") as the study area, the following line particles as the research object, through measuring the downward particle flow parameters, flow parameters and conventional riser descending particles were compared, the flow characteristics of pipe outlet section downstream particle comprehensive analysis with combined restraint in order to improve. To reveal the "export restraint mechanism of the effect of gas solid fluidized bed + distributor" to provide the reference. The results show that the combination of constraint type riser outlet section along the axial direction can be divided into three areas: 1 - flow constraints and variable structure coordinated export affected zone, the zone II - export restriction and the synergistic effect of gas lift the District, District III - gas lift affected zone; particle agglomeration dynamics and downlink downlink particles is related to the overall downward particle; local solid holdup, speed, mixing ratio and downstream aggregates local solid holdup, speed, duration, size along the radial direction from the center to the edge on the wall the distribution is gradually increased, the radial position with the increase of apparent gas velocity and distributor opening rate decreased, increased with the increase of pressure drop of particles and the upper part of the bed circulation intensity, along the riser outlet axial downward, Were all increased first and then decreased, and then increased trend, distribution and trend of downward aggregates in the radial direction and frequency with the conditions on the contrary; down aggregates characteristic parameters and flow parameters are corresponding with the downstream particle group polymer size increased, the aggregation and disintegration of the frequency is the decreasing trend, downward speed and solid holdup increased; with the agglomerate aggregation and disintegration of the increased frequency of solid holdup and velocity decreased; with the agglomerate solid holdup increases, the downstream speed showed increasing trend; comprehensive riser superficial gas velocity, particle circulation system strength. The upper part of the bed pressure drop of gas solids distributor opening rate impact on export restriction and the synergistic effect of gas lift in different axial and radial positions downstream aggregates size were correlated, the average relative error is 7.5%.
