【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高,對(duì)石油的需求不斷加大,自1995年至2013年,ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司逐漸發(fā)展成為國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先,世界一流的石油工程建設(shè)公司之一。然而隨著近些年能源企業(yè)整體萎靡,石油價(jià)格持續(xù)性下跌,ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司業(yè)務(wù)量由過去的大幅度增長逐漸呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,利潤也隨之萎縮。因此,本研究針對(duì)ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司面對(duì)的困境與競爭,依靠戰(zhàn)略工具和理論,結(jié)合實(shí)際,制定符合當(dāng)前背景下ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。本研究基于以上研究背景,首先分析研究意義和目的,并在此基礎(chǔ)上依靠文獻(xiàn)參考法對(duì)石油工程建設(shè)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,為ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司的戰(zhàn)略的提出提供靈感。其次用PEST和波特五力分析工具對(duì)ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,得出ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司在勞動(dòng)成本低和總承包經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富等方面的優(yōu)勢,以及技術(shù)等層面不足。第三通過內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,了解公司業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營、管理和決策機(jī)制,得出公司在工程制造和國際EPC項(xiàng)目等方面的優(yōu)勢以及工程設(shè)計(jì)和人力資源等方面的不足。再次,通過SWOT分析工具得出公司應(yīng)注重WT和ST的戰(zhàn)略選擇。然后得出ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司的總體戰(zhàn)略為混合型,競爭型戰(zhàn)略為集中型的結(jié)論。最后,結(jié)合ZL石油工程建設(shè)公司的發(fā)展定位和需求,擬定出包含調(diào)整組織機(jī)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化信息建設(shè)、提高財(cái)務(wù)水平等在內(nèi)的戰(zhàn)略保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of our country's economic level and the increasing demand for petroleum, from 1995 to 2013, ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company has gradually developed into a leading company in China. One of the world's leading oil engineering and construction companies. However, oil prices have continued to fall in recent years as energy companies as a whole have languished. The business volume of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company has gradually decreased from the large growth in the past, and the profit is also shrinking. Therefore, this study aims at the plight and competition faced by ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company. Based on the strategic tools and theories, combined with the reality, to formulate the development strategy of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company under the current background. This study based on the above research background, the first analysis of the significance and purpose of the study. On the basis of this, the paper studies the related documents of petroleum engineering construction based on the literature reference method. It provides inspiration for the strategy of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company. Secondly, it analyzes the external environment of the development of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company by using PEST and Porter five Force Analysis tools. It is concluded that ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company has the advantages of low labor cost and rich experience in general contracting, as well as the lack of technology. Third, through the analysis of internal environment, we can understand the business operation of the company. Management and decision-making mechanism, the company in engineering manufacturing and international EPC projects and other advantages and engineering design and human resources deficiencies. Again. Through the SWOT analysis tool, we draw the conclusion that the company should pay attention to the strategic choice of WT and St, and then draw the conclusion that the overall strategy of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company is mixed, and the competitive strategy is centralized. Finally. Combined with the development orientation and demand of ZL Petroleum Engineering Construction Company, the strategic guarantee measures including adjusting organization, optimizing information construction and improving financial level are worked out.
