【摘要】：潿洲島是廣西的第一大海島,也是代表性的一座旅游大島,自然景觀優(yōu)美、歷史文化獨特、科學(xué)底蘊深厚。目前潿洲島的開發(fā)建設(shè)水平還很不成熟,風(fēng)景資源的開發(fā)利用和保護(hù)中存在許多問題。為使?jié)迧u寶貴的自然景觀和人文景觀可以得到充分保護(hù)和利用,使?jié)迧u的發(fā)展建設(shè)邁上更好的臺階,需建立在對潿洲島風(fēng)景資源的正確認(rèn)識上,因此對潿洲島的風(fēng)景資源調(diào)查與評價是一項重要的課題。鑒于此,本文通過對潿洲島風(fēng)景資源進(jìn)行調(diào)查與綜合評價,對其存在的問題進(jìn)行探討,為景區(qū)今后風(fēng)景資源的合理開發(fā)與利用提出一些建議。論文主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)通過采用實地調(diào)查與文獻(xiàn)分析結(jié)合的方法,將潿洲島風(fēng)景資源分為自然風(fēng)景資源和人文風(fēng)景資源2個大類,包括水體景觀、地文景觀、生物景觀、天象景觀、園景、建筑、勝跡、風(fēng)物8個類別進(jìn)行分類調(diào)研,定性描述風(fēng)景資源的現(xiàn)狀,并對潿洲島風(fēng)景資源進(jìn)行匯總,從而總結(jié)了潿洲島風(fēng)景資源具有火山景觀奇特,地貌豐富;生物資源豐富,氣候宜人;天象、地文、水體、生物四類自然景觀相得益彰;知名度較高,區(qū)位良好;文化多元化特征顯著,古建筑保存較完整5個特點。(2)在潿洲島風(fēng)景資源全面調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)分析和專家咨詢,構(gòu)建出潿洲島風(fēng)景資源的評價體系,共有3級20項評價因子,并通過層次分析法對體系中各指標(biāo)的重要性進(jìn)行專家評價,計算出各指標(biāo)權(quán)重。然后選取潿洲島9個代表性的景觀單元進(jìn)行綜合評價,并分別對其評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析討論。得到以下結(jié)論:9個景觀單元的綜合評價結(jié)果分別為,鱷魚山景區(qū)總體評價為“很好”等級,五彩灘評價等級介于“很好”與“較好”之間,滴水丹屏、圣母教堂、天主教堂為“較好”等級,石螺口海灘、國家地質(zhì)公園標(biāo)志廣場、三婆廟、南灣老街為“一般”等級,對其評價結(jié)果綜合排序比較,排序結(jié)果為:鱷魚山景區(qū)天主教堂五彩灘滴水丹屏石螺口海灘圣母教堂國家地質(zhì)公園標(biāo)志廣場三婆廟南灣老街,從而以9個景觀單元評價結(jié)果均權(quán)處理得到潿洲島風(fēng)景資源的整體評價為“較好”等級。(3)結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與評價結(jié)果分析,總結(jié)潿洲島資源開發(fā)利用的現(xiàn)狀及在資源保護(hù)上取得的一些成果,結(jié)合評價分析結(jié)果探討潿洲島在風(fēng)景資源開發(fā)利用與保護(hù)上存在的問題,分別從交通、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施、環(huán)境、資源保護(hù)、旅游開發(fā)5個方面進(jìn)行了深入地剖析與總結(jié),從而提出了以下建議:①優(yōu)化交通組織,提高道路引導(dǎo)性;②完善旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施;③整頓村容村貌,提高村民和游客的環(huán)保意識;④加強植物景觀建設(shè),營造海島特色;⑤強化地質(zhì)資源的保護(hù)意識與保護(hù)措施;⑥加強規(guī)范管理,改變原有粗放式的旅游開發(fā)模式。
[Abstract]:Weizhou Island is the largest island in Guangxi, as well as a representative tourist island, with beautiful natural landscape, unique history and culture and profound scientific background. At present, the level of development and construction of Weizhou Island is still very immature. There are many problems in the exploitation, utilization and protection of landscape resources. In order to protect and utilize the precious natural and human landscapes in Weizhou Island, the development and construction of Weizhou Island can be promoted to a better level. It is necessary to establish a correct understanding of the landscape resources of Weizhou Island, so it is an important subject to investigate and evaluate the landscape resources of Weizhou Island. In view of this, this paper makes an investigation and comprehensive evaluation on the landscape resources of Weizhou Island. The existing problems are discussed, and some suggestions are put forward for the rational exploitation and utilization of scenic spot resources in the future. The paper mainly includes the following contents: 1) by adopting the method of combining field investigation with literature analysis, The landscape resources of Weizhou Island are divided into two categories: natural landscape resources and humanistic landscape resources, including water landscape, geo-landscape, biological landscape, sky landscape, garden landscape, architecture, scenic spot, and landscape. The present situation of landscape resources is described qualitatively, and the landscape resources of Weizhou Island are summarized. The landscape resources of Weizhou Island are characterized by unique volcanic landscape, rich landforms, rich biological resources, pleasant climate, celestial phenomena, geographical documents, water bodies, etc. On the basis of the comprehensive investigation of Weizhou Island's landscape resources, the four kinds of biological natural landscapes complement each other; have high visibility, good location, remarkable cultural diversity, and relatively complete preservation of ancient buildings; and combine with literature analysis and expert consultation. The evaluation system of Weizhou Island landscape resources is constructed. There are 20 evaluation factors of three levels, and the importance of each index in the system is evaluated by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then 9 representative landscape units of Weizhou Island are selected for comprehensive evaluation, and their evaluation results are analyzed and discussed in detail. The following conclusions are obtained: the comprehensive evaluation results of 9 landscape units are as follows:. The overall evaluation of the Crocodile Mountain Scenic area is "very good", the appraising grade of multicolored beach is between "very good" and "better", the Dishui Dan screen, the Notre Dairy Church and the Catholic Church are "better" grade, the Shiluokou Beach, the National Geopark sign Square, San Po Miao, Nanwan Old Street is a "general" grade, and its evaluation results are compared in a comprehensive order. The ranking results are as follows: the Catholic Church of the Crocodile Mountain Scenic spot, multicolored Beach, Dishui, Dan Ping, Shek Lo Kou Beach, Notre Dame Church, National Geopark, symbol Plaza, Sanpo Temple, Nanwan Old Street, Therefore, the overall evaluation of Weizhou Island landscape resources is "better" grade. 3) based on the results of 9 landscape units, the results of investigation and evaluation are analyzed. This paper summarizes the present situation of the exploitation and utilization of resources in Weizhou Island and some achievements in resource protection, and discusses the problems existing in the exploitation, utilization and protection of scenic resources in Weizhou Island, respectively, from the aspects of transportation, tourism service facilities and environment. This paper analyzes and summarizes the five aspects of resource protection and tourism development, and puts forward the following suggestions: optimizing traffic organization, improving road guidance and improving tourism service facilities. To enhance the environmental protection consciousness of villagers and tourists. (4) to strengthen the plant landscape construction, to create the island characteristic and to strengthen the protection consciousness and protection measures of geological resources. (6) to strengthen the standard management and to change the original extensive tourism development mode.
