【摘要】：本文使用2000年、2010年、2015年河南省108個縣域人口城鎮(zhèn)化數(shù)據(jù)探究河南縣域城鎮(zhèn)化時空格局和演變特征,并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過與人均GDP客觀描述的縣域經(jīng)濟水平作對比分析,從而深入探究兩者之間存在何種影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)河南省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化差距在絕對和相對意義上均逐步下降,縣域城鎮(zhèn)化總體水平偏低。(2)個別縣域城鎮(zhèn)化差距巨大,2000年、2010年、2015年三年間河南縣域城鎮(zhèn)化率最高與最低縣域數(shù)值相差分別為76.3%、79.15%、69.8%。(3)縣域城鎮(zhèn)化水平高的地區(qū)主要集中在豫中和豫西北地區(qū),城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平的凹陷區(qū)多是豫東和豫南的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)縣域。(4)在對城鎮(zhèn)化空間等級時空演變分析中得出:城鎮(zhèn)化等級轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)象明顯,不同縣域的等級在空間上存在一定的波動;豫西南地區(qū)縣域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展相對滯后;以“京廣鐵路”為分界線,逐漸呈現(xiàn)出縣域城鎮(zhèn)化水平西高東低的宏觀局面。(5)通過空間自相關(guān)分析方法研究河南省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的差異,全局空間自相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示:縣域城鎮(zhèn)化在空間上并未呈現(xiàn)出完全隨機的分布狀態(tài),而是呈現(xiàn)若干縣域單元在局部地區(qū)趨于集聚分布,這種集聚程度逐漸加強。局部空間自相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示:高高集聚的縣域主要集中在豫中和豫西地區(qū),低低集聚的縣域主要集中在豫北地區(qū),高低集聚和低高集聚現(xiàn)象不明顯。(6)通過對河南縣域城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相關(guān)性的測算結(jié)果顯示:2000-2015年河南縣域城鎮(zhèn)化率與縣域人均GDP存在著顯著地相關(guān)性,表明經(jīng)濟條件越好,縣域城鎮(zhèn)化率越高。從增長率的角度測算結(jié)果顯示:縣域經(jīng)濟增長率對城鎮(zhèn)化增長率影響不明顯。(7)通過2000年、2010年、2015年河南省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化率與人均GDP的冷熱點分析來看河南省城鎮(zhèn)化率熱點區(qū)域集中分布在豫中、豫西地區(qū)的部分縣域。城鎮(zhèn)化冷點區(qū)域多集中于豫東地區(qū),城鎮(zhèn)化的熱點區(qū)域與經(jīng)濟的熱點區(qū)域在空間上重合性逐漸加強而城鎮(zhèn)化冷點區(qū)域與經(jīng)濟冷點區(qū)域?qū)?yīng)不強,反映出經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)具有一定的促進作用,但并不是唯一的影響因素。最后提出河南縣域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議:重點推進縣域城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè);縣域城鎮(zhèn)化過程中區(qū)域間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;改變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式、加速產(chǎn)業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型;以生態(tài)文明理念指導(dǎo)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the urbanization data of 108 counties in Henan Province on 2000, 2010 and 2015 to explore the spatial and temporal patterns and evolution characteristics of urbanization in Henan, and on this basis makes a comparative analysis with the level of county economy described objectively by GDP per capita. The results show that the county urbanization gap in Henan Province has gradually decreased in both absolute and relative sense. The difference between the highest and lowest county urbanization rate in 2000, 2010 and 2015 in Henan is 76.30.79.15% and 69.88% respectively) the area with high level of county urbanization is mainly concentrated in the area with high level of urbanization in county area. (2) the overall level of urbanization in the county area is on the low side. (2) the difference between the highest and lowest levels of county urbanization rate in 2000, 2010 and 2015 is 76.33% and 79.15% respectively. In Henan Province and in the Northwest of Henan Province, In the analysis of the spatial and temporal evolution of urbanization, it is concluded that: the phenomenon of urbanization grade transition is obvious, and the different county level has certain fluctuation in space; The development of county urbanization in southwest Henan province is relatively backward, and taking "Jingguang Railway" as the dividing line, it gradually presents the macroscopic situation of county urbanization level, which is high, high and low in the west, east and low in the county area of Henan Province, and studies the difference of urbanization in the county area of Henan Province by the method of spatial autocorrelation analysis. The results of global spatial autocorrelation analysis show that the county urbanization does not present a completely random distribution state in space, but shows that several county units tend to gather in local areas. The results of local spatial autocorrelation analysis show that the county with high concentration is mainly concentrated in Henan and western Henan, and the county with low concentration is mainly concentrated in the north of Henan. By measuring the correlation between county urbanization and economic development in Henan Province, the results show that there is a significant correlation between county urbanization rate and GDP per capita in Henan from 2000 to 2015, indicating that the better the economic conditions are, the better the economic conditions are. The higher the urbanization rate of county area is, the higher the rate of urbanization is. From the point of view of growth rate, the result shows that the economic growth rate of county area has no obvious influence on the rate of urbanization growth. Through 2000, 2010, 2015, Henan Province county urbanization rate and per capita GDP cold hot spot analysis. We can see that the hot spots of urbanization rate in Henan Province are concentrated in the middle of Henan Province. Some counties in the west of Henan Province. The cold spots of urbanization are mostly concentrated in the eastern part of Henan Province. The spatial overlap between the hot spots of urbanization and the hot spots of the economy is gradually strengthened, but the regions of the cold spots of urbanization and the regions of the economic cold spots are not strong. It reflects that economic development has a certain promoting effect on urbanization construction, but it is not the only influencing factor. In the process of county urbanization, we should coordinate regional development; change the mode of economic development; accelerate the transformation of industrial upgrading; and guide the construction of urbanization with the concept of ecological civilization.
