【摘要】：開放存取模式打破了傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)出版機(jī)構(gòu)對知識(shí)的壟斷,以"作者付費(fèi),讀者免費(fèi)"的模式成為重要的學(xué)術(shù)交流新途徑,極大地推動(dòng)了人們對知識(shí)的獲取、使用、共享與傳播。近年來,這種新型的模式越來越受到全球國家/地區(qū)的學(xué)者所關(guān)注,并在國家/地區(qū)的支持下人們對其的接受度逐年提高�？蒲谢鹱鳛閷W(xué)術(shù)資助的重要手段之一,對科研創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用更是無可替代。自2009年Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫完整標(biāo)注了學(xué)術(shù)論文的基金資助信息后,基于大樣本的基金資助的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量研究成為可能。本文在文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量的基礎(chǔ)上將基金計(jì)量學(xué)方法引入開放存取領(lǐng)域,從領(lǐng)域、學(xué)科和國家/地區(qū)多個(gè)維度對開放存取狀況進(jìn)行挖掘。本文探索了科學(xué)基金資助對自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域及其數(shù)學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、地質(zhì)學(xué)、材料科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)八個(gè)代表學(xué)科的科研論文的開放存取、基金資助及學(xué)術(shù)影響力狀況,并對國家/地區(qū)的開放存取發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀及國家/地區(qū)間的發(fā)展差別進(jìn)行深入分析。研究表明:(1)自然科學(xué)論文的開放存取率及開放存取基金資助率高于社會(huì)科學(xué),并呈現(xiàn)逐年遞增的趨勢;(2)各學(xué)科對開放存取理念的接受程度差異較大,生命科學(xué)學(xué)科在對OA期刊的接受度較高,OA率增長較快,并且其OA論文對科學(xué)基金具有較強(qiáng)的吸引力。而物理、化學(xué)以及材料科學(xué)等學(xué)科對OA期刊的接受程度以及其開放存取論文對科學(xué)基金的吸引力還不足;(3)中國、美國和巴西在OA論文總量上占據(jù)了半壁江山,巴西的OA率最高,中國的開放存取率增長最快,蘇格蘭的OA基金資助率最高;(4)科學(xué)基金對OA論文的即時(shí)影響力和內(nèi)容影響力提升效果較為明顯,對提升地質(zhì)學(xué)和材料科學(xué)的主題吸引力,降低數(shù)學(xué)的零使用和零引用的作用較為顯著;(5)開放存取模式對受到科學(xué)基金資助論文的影響力提升效果不顯著,但對數(shù)學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)知識(shí)流動(dòng)性的提高和對地質(zhì)學(xué)的高價(jià)值研究的發(fā)現(xiàn)具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The open access model to break the traditional business publishing agency monopoly on knowledge, the author pays, the reader free "mode has become a new way of important academic exchanges, has greatly promoted the people to use the knowledge acquisition, sharing and dissemination. In recent years, more and more new mode of the global country / Region scholars attention, and in countries / regions under the support of the people of the acceptance increased year by year. As one of the important means of academic research fund funded, promotes the scientific innovation and development is irreplaceable. Since 2009, Web of Science database integrity label information of academic papers funded fund, may become a bibliometric study a large sample of funds based on the fund on the basis of measurement. Based on the literature metrology method into the field of open access, from the field of discipline and national / regional dimensions Mining of open access status. This paper explores the science fund of natural sciences and mathematics, physics, chemistry, cell biology, genetics, geology, material science, computer science, open access eight representative subjects of research papers, funded academic influence and status, and the development of open country / regional differences access to the development process and the status quo and the country / region between the in-depth analysis. The research showed that: (1) natural science papers open access rate and open access funds rate is higher than the Social Sciences, and present an increasing trend; (2) the subject of acceptance of the concept of open access is different, the life Sciences in the Journal OA had high acceptance rate of OA growth, and the OA has a strong appeal to the science fund. And physics, chemistry and material science and so on OA Journal Acceptance and open access papers appeal to the science fund is insufficient; (3) Chinese, the United States and Brazil occupy half of the country in the total OA, OA in Brazil was the highest, China open access rate of the fastest growth, Scotland's OA funds rate; (4) the science foundation of OA the immediate influence and content influence promotion effect is obvious, to enhance the geology and materials science theme attraction, reduce the use of mathematics and zero zero reference effect is more significant; (5) open access mode by the science foundation to enhance the effect of influence is not significant, but the mathematics plays an important role in high value research the flow of knowledge and improve the genetics of geology.
