【摘要】：在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的流行,推動了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播的研究,尤其對網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言等不良信息傳播規(guī)律和控制方法的研究越發(fā)重要。研究表明,社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)更符合現(xiàn)實社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特性。研究信息在社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的傳播規(guī)律和相應(yīng)的免疫控制策略成為復雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)域一個重要的內(nèi)容,具有現(xiàn)實的研究意義。當前,利用傳染病模型分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言信息傳播的多種模型中,SEIR模型通過節(jié)點的易感、潛伏、感染、免疫四種狀態(tài)較全面的反應(yīng)了信息的傳播特性。但模型對于單位時間內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點間的傳播概率均等這一假設(shè)與實際社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的傳播性質(zhì)不一致,本文認為個體間的親密度、謠言接收次數(shù)等均影響信息的傳播概率,另外免疫節(jié)點對信息傳播在實際情況中是有一定抑制作用的,基于這兩點提出一種謠言傳播PSEIR模型。將模型在無標度網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進行信息傳播過程仿真,分析影響信息傳播的主要因素,并與傳統(tǒng)的信息傳播模型進行對比,結(jié)果表明PSEIR模型能很好的反映社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息的傳播規(guī)律。社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)對信息的傳播和防控具有重要的意義,然而已經(jīng)存在的免疫策略忽略了社區(qū)特性在信息傳播中的影響。本文提出了一種社團內(nèi)外綜合免疫控制策略。在社區(qū)內(nèi)部將節(jié)點影響力融入到熟人免疫策略中,在社區(qū)間通過免疫橋節(jié)點來控制信息在社區(qū)間的傳播。在構(gòu)造的社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,對免疫前后的謠言傳播演化過程進行仿真實驗,并與未實施任何免疫策略、目標免疫、熟人免疫對比分析表明本文提出的免疫策略能夠在無需知道網(wǎng)絡(luò)全局信息的情況下,免疫更少的節(jié)點達到較好的免疫控制效果。
[Abstract]:The popularity of online social networks has promoted the research of network information dissemination, especially the study of bad information dissemination rules and control methods, such as network rumors, which is more and more important. Community network is more in line with the characteristics of the real social network. It is an important content to study the law of information dissemination on the community network and the corresponding immune control strategy. At present, using the infectious disease model to analyze the network rumor information transmission of a variety of models, seir model through the node susceptibility, latency, infection. The four states of immunity reflect the transmission characteristics of information more comprehensively, but the assumption that the propagation probability is equal among nodes per unit time is not consistent with the transmission property of the actual social network. This paper holds that the affinity between individuals and the number of rumors received all affect the transmission probability of information, in addition, the immune node has a certain inhibitory effect on the information transmission in the actual situation. Based on these two points, a PSEIR model of rumor propagation is proposed. The model is simulated on scale-free network to analyze the main factors that affect the spread of information. And compared with the traditional information dissemination model, the results show that the PSEIR model can well reflect the law of information dissemination in social networks, and community structure is of great significance for information dissemination and prevention and control. However, the existing immunization strategy ignores the influence of community characteristics on information dissemination. In this paper, a comprehensive immune control strategy within and outside the community is proposed, which integrates the node influence into the acquaintance immunization strategy within the community. In the constructed community network, the evolution process of rumor spread before and after immunization was simulated, and no immunization strategy was implemented. The comparative analysis of target immunity and acquaintance immunity shows that the immune strategy proposed in this paper can achieve better immune control effect for nodes with less immunity without knowing the global information of the network.
