【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和全球化的世界,同時(shí)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)集團(tuán)化的趨勢(shì)也在不斷增強(qiáng)。邊境地區(qū)直接毗鄰兩國,是兩國間政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化交流與合作的最前沿,國際間人力資源和生產(chǎn)要素的頻繁流動(dòng),為邊境地區(qū)帶來了廣闊的發(fā)展前景。云南省地處我國西南邊境,與之相鄰的越南、老撾和緬甸均為發(fā)展中國家,經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)。云南省有漫長的邊境線,總長4060公里,其中與越南邊界長1353公里,與老撾邊界710公里,與緬甸邊界1997公里。我國于二零一一年頒布了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于支持云南省加快建設(shè)面向西南開放重要橋頭堡的意見》,二零一三年,習(xí)近平在出訪中亞國家期間,首次提出共建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”,即“一帶一路”政策,該政策將促進(jìn)我國與東南亞國家經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系更加緊密、相互合作更加深入、發(fā)展空間更加廣闊,對(duì)云南邊境口岸物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是重大利好。在這些政策的背景下,云南邊境口岸物流產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展良機(jī)。物流業(yè)無論在國內(nèi)或國外都屬于新興產(chǎn)業(yè),現(xiàn)代化物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展程度標(biāo)志著一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的高低,反映了該國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的社會(huì)化服務(wù)水平與綜合配套能力,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中將起到越來越重要的基礎(chǔ)性作用。因此,對(duì)云南邊境口岸物流效率的研究有重要意義。本文先介紹了云南邊境口岸的現(xiàn)狀與效率的概念,闡述了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DataEnvelopmentAnalysis,簡記DEA)與Malmquist指數(shù)法的基本原理,結(jié)合邊境口岸的特征,選取云南省15個(gè)邊境口岸作為研究對(duì)象,建立了云南邊境口岸物流的投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)體系。采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)方法對(duì)2011~2014年15個(gè)邊境口岸的面板數(shù)據(jù)的靜態(tài)效率測(cè)度分析。然后通過基于DEA的Malmquist指數(shù)法對(duì)2011~2014年15個(gè)邊境口岸的生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析,進(jìn)一步分析影響邊境口岸物流業(yè)生產(chǎn)率變化的因素。本文結(jié)合DEA和基于DEA的Malmquist指數(shù)法,分析了云南邊境口岸物流業(yè)效率較低的現(xiàn)狀,并指出導(dǎo)致該現(xiàn)狀的因素,針對(duì)我國邊境口岸物流業(yè)普遍存在的效率偏低的問題,結(jié)合口岸實(shí)際情況,給出提升口岸物流效率的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Today's world is a world of economic integration and globalization, while the trend of regional economic collectivization is also increasing. Border areas are directly adjacent to the two countries, which is the politics and economy between the two countries. In the forefront of cultural exchange and cooperation, the frequent flow of international human resources and factors of production has brought broad prospects for the development of border areas. Yunnan Province is located in the southwest border of China, adjacent to Vietnam. Both Laos and Myanmar are developing countries with underdeveloped economies. Yunnan Province has a long border with a total length of 4,060 km, of which 1353 km with Vietnam and 710 km with Laos. On 2011, China promulgated the State Council's views on supporting Yunnan Province in speeding up the construction of an important bridgehead for the southwest. 2013. During his visit to Central Asian countries, Xi Jinping proposed for the first time the establishment of a "Silk Road Economic Belt", the "Belt and Road" policy, which will promote closer economic ties between China and Southeast Asian countries. The mutual cooperation is deeper and the development space is wider, which is beneficial to the development of the logistics industry at the border port of Yunnan. Under the background of these policies. Yunnan border port logistics industry ushered in an unprecedented opportunity to develop. Logistics industry is a new industry both at home and abroad. The development of modern logistics industry marks the level of economic development of a country or region, reflecting the level of socialized service and comprehensive supporting capacity of the economy of that country or region. It will play a more and more important role in the national economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the logistics efficiency of Yunnan border port. Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation and the concept of efficiency of Yunnan border port. This paper expounds the basic principle of data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index method, and combines the characteristics of border ports. Select 15 border ports in Yunnan Province as the research object. The input-output index system of logistics at Yunnan border port is established. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) is used. Methods the static efficiency analysis of the panel data of 15 border ports from 2011 to 2014 was carried out. Then the Malmquist index method based on DEA was used to analyze the data from January to 2014. The productivity of each border port is analyzed dynamically. Further analysis of the factors that affect the productivity of logistics industry at border ports. Combined with DEA and Malmquist index method based on DEA, this paper analyzes the current situation of low efficiency of logistics industry in Yunnan border port. This paper also points out the factors leading to this situation, aiming at the low efficiency of logistics industry at border ports in our country, and combining with the actual situation of the ports, puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of logistics at the ports.
