【摘要】:在江西省城市化日益加快的社會(huì)背景下,全省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的速度有所提高,城市的建設(shè)也在不斷地加快。然而,耕地被建設(shè)用地占用的情況卻頻頻發(fā)生,使得我省耕地面積出現(xiàn)了逐年遞減的趨勢(shì),嚴(yán)重影響了我省的糧食儲(chǔ)備糧的安全。耕地后備資源是保障糧食生產(chǎn)的重要戰(zhàn)略資源,有利于推動(dòng)我省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,維護(hù)糧食生產(chǎn)的安全。因此,我省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省,耕地后備資源的調(diào)查及質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)工作對(duì)我省經(jīng)濟(jì)的建設(shè)具有重要意義。本文基于GIS相關(guān)技術(shù),結(jié)合德安縣耕地后備資源調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目,在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從生態(tài)、自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面采用層次分析法構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合外業(yè)實(shí)地調(diào)查,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)該地區(qū)耕地后備資源狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本文充分考慮生態(tài)安全、自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)適宜等情況,以江西省德安縣為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)分析,對(duì)德安縣兩大地類進(jìn)行調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià),即:可開(kāi)墾土地和可復(fù)墾采礦用地,對(duì)江西省德安縣的耕地后備資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。論文的主要研究成果如下:(1)按照全面性、生態(tài)安全性、便利性、適宜性等原則選出的能代表德安縣耕地后備資源開(kāi)發(fā)適宜性的評(píng)價(jià)因子,并對(duì)每個(gè)因子進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)層次分析法建立德安縣耕地后備資源評(píng)價(jià)體系。本文從生態(tài)安全性、自然適宜性、經(jīng)濟(jì)適宜性三個(gè)角度出發(fā),評(píng)選出水源距離、生物多樣性、生態(tài)用地條件、生態(tài)效應(yīng)、景觀效應(yīng)、土壤質(zhì)地、地形坡度、土層厚度、海拔高程、區(qū)位分布、排水條件、灌溉條件、耕作便利度、集中連片度14個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)因子作為本次評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)。根據(jù)搜集到的相關(guān)資料,采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)德安縣耕地后備資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。(2)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示:本次德安縣后備資源評(píng)價(jià)共涉及5371個(gè)地塊,共3514.70公頃,開(kāi)發(fā)適宜性等級(jí)為非常適宜的后備資源有3083.79公頃,占總后備資源的87.74%;適宜性等級(jí)為較適宜的后備資源有231.21公頃,占總后備資源的6.58%;適宜性等級(jí)為一般適宜的后備資源153.45公頃,占總后備資源的4.37%;為不適宜的后備資源有46.25公頃,占總后備資源的1.32%。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating urbanization in Jiangxi Province, the speed of economic development in Jiangxi Province has been improved, and the construction of cities has been accelerating. However, the situation of cultivated land occupied by construction land has occurred frequently. The area of cultivated land in our province has been decreasing year by year, which has seriously affected the security of grain reserves in our province. The reserve resources of cultivated land is an important strategic resource to ensure grain production. It is helpful to promote the development of agricultural economy and maintain the safety of grain production. Therefore, our province is a big agricultural province. The investigation and quality evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources is of great significance to the economic construction of our province. Based on the related technology of GIS, this paper combines the project of investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County. On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign related research, this paper uses AHP to construct the evaluation index system from ecological, natural, economic and other aspects, and combines with field investigation. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the situation of cultivated land reserve resources in this area. The ecological security, natural environment and economic suitability are fully considered in this paper. Based on the investigation and evaluation of Dean County in Jiangxi Province, this paper investigates and evaluates the two major land types in Dean County, namely: reclaimed land and reclaimed mining land. It has a certain reference value for the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County Jiangxi Province. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1) according to comprehensiveness ecological security and convenience. The evaluation factors which can represent the suitability of cultivated land reserve resources development in Dean County are selected according to the principle of suitability, and each factor is analyzed. The evaluation system of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County was established by analytic hierarchy process. In this paper, the distance of water source and biodiversity were selected from three aspects: ecological security, natural suitability and economic suitability. Ecological land conditions, ecological effects, landscape effects, soil texture, topographic slope, soil thickness, elevation, location distribution, drainage conditions, irrigation conditions, farming convenience. According to the relevant data collected, 14 evaluation factors were selected as the index of this evaluation. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the reserve resources of cultivated land in Dean County. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the evaluation of reserve resources of Dean County involves 5371 plots. A total of 3514.70 hectares, the development suitability grade is very suitable reserve resources have 3083.79 hectares, accounting for 87.74 of the total reserve resources; The suitable reserve resources were 231.21 hectares, which accounted for 6.58 hectares of the total reserve resources. The grade of suitability is 153.45 ha, which is 4.37% of the total reserve resources. The unsuitable reserve resources were 46.25 hectares, which accounted for 1.32 of the total reserve resources.
