    前言：本文采用模糊綜合評價方法對2003年廣西生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量進行了綜合評價,結(jié)果表明廣西生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量為中等,處在好與差的臨界狀態(tài);工業(yè)企業(yè)的廢水、廢氣排放和森林植被減少是影響環(huán)境質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因子。因此,建議采取控制工業(yè)企業(yè)廢水和二氧化硫排放、保護和擴大森林植被面積、加強水土流失和石漠化治理等措施,進一步提高廣西生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量,確保生態(tài)、資源、社會、經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
    In this paper,we took the method of fuzzy evaluation to appraise the ecological environment quality of year 2003 in Guangxi,the result indicated that the ecological environment quality was the between good and bad,and the industrial rubbish increasing and the forest vegetation decreasing were key factors undermining environment quality.So We suggest to take measures to decrease the industrial wastewater and SO_2,protect and increase the forest area,decrease the losing of water and soil and stone desert for ...
