【摘要】：正10月16日,從環(huán)保部獲悉,為落實(shí)國(guó)務(wù)院《生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)方案》,加快推進(jìn)國(guó)家地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)事權(quán)上收工作,2017年9月下旬,環(huán)境保護(hù)部印發(fā)《國(guó)家地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)采測(cè)分離實(shí)施方案》,自10月起,全面啟動(dòng)國(guó)家地表水采測(cè)分離工作。截至10月16日下午17時(shí),全國(guó)已有1 631個(gè)斷面開展了樣品采集和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)工作,占采測(cè)分離總斷面數(shù)
[Abstract]:On 16 October, it was learned from the Ministry of Environmental Protection that in order to implement the State Council's "Eco-environmental Monitoring Network Construction Program" and speed up the work of collecting the authority to monitor the environmental quality of the national surface water, in late September 2017, The Ministry of Environmental Protection has issued the implementation Plan of the National Monitoring Network for the Environmental quality of Surface Water. Since October, it has started the work of separation of surface water collection and survey in an all-round way. As of 17:00 on October 16, 1,631 sections across the country had carried out sample collection and on-site monitoring, accounting for the total number of sections separated from mining and surveying.
