低溶解氧環(huán)境下全程硝化活性污泥的特性

【摘要】:為了了解低溶解氧下硝化活性污泥的特性以及相關(guān)微生物的種群結(jié)構(gòu),以人工配水模擬實際生活污水,在SBR反應(yīng)器中,培養(yǎng)馴化低溶解氧硝化活性污泥,溶解氧濃度為0.3~0.5mg/L,成功馴化后檢測其種群數(shù)量及結(jié)構(gòu)并對其進(jìn)行影響因素的分析.結(jié)果表明,低氧馴化的硝化活性污泥最適溫度為25℃,最適pH值為8.5;在pH值為7.5,溫度為20℃,溶解氧在0.5~4mg/L的條件下,比氨氧化速率和比亞硝氧化速率基本保持在0.3和0.6mg N/(mg MLSS×d)左右.通過高通量測序,低氧馴化的硝化反應(yīng)器中主要亞硝酸氧化微生物為Nitrospira菌屬,占總菌屬的33%;主要氨氧化微生物為Nitrosomonas菌屬,占總菌屬的7%.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the characteristics of nitrification activated sludge under low dissolved oxygen (do) and the population structure of related microorganisms, artificial water distribution was used to simulate the actual domestic sewage, and the domesticated low dissolved oxygen nitrification activated sludge was cultivated in SBR reactor.
