厭氧氨氧化耦合反硝化快速啟動CANON工藝
[Abstract]:In SBR reactor. The stable anaerobic ammonia oxidation coupled denitrification (SAD),) process was initiated with low substrate concentration and water distribution, and then the CANON process was started by simulating the enrichment of domestic sewage by ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB), under low aeration conditions. Based on the analysis of the denitrification performance in the reactor and the kinetic activity of the functional bacteria in different stages, the factors affecting the start-up and stable operation of the CANON process were systematically described. The results showed that the start-up process not only shortened the start-up time of nitrosation, but also shortened the adaptation time of ANAMMOX bacteria to organic environment. After 60 days, the CANON process was successfully started and applied to the treatment of domestic sewage. The reactor ANR exceeded 93%. The shorter period (4 h) of the reactor made the denitrifying activity of ANAMMOX and heterotrophic bacteria always within a reasonable range, and the ratio of 渭 NH_4~ to N / 渭 COD was always greater than 1.0. The degradation of COD by heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria increased the pH value in the reactor, and at the beginning and the end of the reaction week, the free ammonia (FA) was always at the level of inhibition to NOB, which was also the important reason for the stabilization of nitrosation.
