【摘要】：針對(duì)制革行業(yè)"雙膜法"廢水回用工藝產(chǎn)生的高鹽廢水的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)電驅(qū)離子膜和反滲透膜的耦合,對(duì)制革高鹽廢水進(jìn)行了高效深度處理研究。結(jié)果表明,在電壓25 V、進(jìn)水體積流量30 L/h、脫鹽室循環(huán)體積流量500 L/h操作條件下,經(jīng)過(guò)電滲析分離,得到的濃縮鹽水TDS的質(zhì)量濃度在150 g/L以上,滿足皮革浸漬工序段用料要求;得到的脫鹽水TDS的質(zhì)量濃度8.2 g/L、COD為330 mg/L。脫鹽水在28℃、進(jìn)水體積流量900 L/h、回收率50%條件下,經(jīng)反滲透處理得到淡水TDS的質(zhì)量濃度72 mg/L、不含COD,水質(zhì)達(dá)到了GB/T 19923-2005的要求;產(chǎn)出濃水水質(zhì)與原水水質(zhì)相似,可返回電滲析工序。該工藝可有效提升系統(tǒng)的水回收利用率。
