不動(dòng)桿菌與假單胞菌對(duì)17β-雌二醇的協(xié)同降解特性

【摘要】:分別用純培養(yǎng)與模擬培養(yǎng)法考察不動(dòng)桿菌LM1與假單胞菌LY1組成的復(fù)合菌對(duì)17β-雌二醇(E2)的協(xié)同降解特性.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)細(xì)胞數(shù)量比為1時(shí),復(fù)合菌對(duì)E2的降解率分別為菌株LM1和LY1單獨(dú)作用的2.2倍和2.6倍,降解過(guò)程中菌株LM1和LY1的細(xì)胞數(shù)量比趨于1;在28℃,150r/min條件下培養(yǎng)7d后,復(fù)合菌對(duì)初始質(zhì)量濃度為1,5,10,20mg/L的E2降解率分別為99.6%,97%,93%,85%;當(dāng)培養(yǎng)基中氯化鈉添加的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為3.5%時(shí),復(fù)合菌對(duì)E2的降解率顯著下降(p0.05);在25℃時(shí)復(fù)合菌對(duì)雞糞、豬糞及土壤樣品中E2的降解率分別為對(duì)照組的2.7,3.0,2.8倍.即由菌株LM1和LY1組成的復(fù)合菌可通過(guò)協(xié)同作用降解E2.
[Abstract]:The synergistic degradation of 17 尾 -estradiol (E _ 2) by acinetobacter LM1 and Pseudomonas LY1 was investigated by pure culture and simulated culture respectively.
