【摘要】：為了檢測(cè)水中阿維菌素、多拉菌素、伊維菌素和甲氨基阿維菌素殘留,試驗(yàn)采用液相微萃取提取、凈化,高效液相色譜檢測(cè),樣品過膜,經(jīng)液相微萃取提取、凈化后吹干,衍生化,高效液相色譜分析。結(jié)果表明:在0.05~2.0μg/L范圍內(nèi)呈線性,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r~2)≥0.999;方法的檢測(cè)限為0.05μg/L,在0.05~2.0μg/L范圍內(nèi)回收率在87.53%~114.97%之間,日內(nèi)變異系數(shù)在1.81%~4.57%(n=5)之間,日間變異系數(shù)在2.46%~6.10%(n=3)之間。
