文章摘要：以榆林市神木縣、府谷縣和榆陽區(qū)為調(diào)研區(qū)域,運(yùn)用條件價(jià)值評(píng)估法（CVM）對(duì)榆林煤炭礦區(qū)資源開發(fā)所造成的生態(tài)環(huán)境價(jià)值損失進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)：榆林煤炭礦區(qū)居民為改善當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境每戶每年平均的支付意愿（WTP）介于229.56～347.92元之間,影響當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裰Ц兑庠傅年P(guān)鍵因素是家庭人均年收入、受教育程度、年齡以及職業(yè)狀況;榆林煤炭礦區(qū)每年因煤炭開發(fā)而造成的生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞價(jià)值損失大約在10059.98萬～15246.85萬元之間;生態(tài)恢復(fù)期內(nèi),榆林煤炭礦區(qū)因煤炭開發(fā)造成的生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞的價(jià)值損失大約在208231.56萬～315594.60萬元之間。

Abstr：This article take Shenmu County,Fugu County and Yuyang District as the investigation regions,and use the Contingent Valuation Method（CVM） to assess the loss value of ecological environment which caused by the Yulin coal mining area resource development.It found that the average annual household willing to pay for envirnment improvment（WTP） ranged between 229.56 ～ 347.92 yuan.The family average annual income per capita,the education level,the age and the professional condition were the key factors which affect the local resident＇s WTP.The loss value of ecological environment caused by the Yulin coal mining area resource development was approximately between 100,599,800 ～ 152,468,500 Yuan every year.In the ecology recovery period,the loss value of ecological environment caused by the Yulin coal mining area resource development will be approximately between 2,082,315,600 ～ 3,155,946,000 Yuan.
