摘要：

港澳地區(qū)宗教公益慈善事業(yè)大力發(fā)展，與宗教團體自身的慈善理念和努力有關(guān)，與政府的激勵和有效監(jiān)管有關(guān)。政府對宗教團體開展公益慈善活動較少直接干預(yù)；政府通過出資購買公共服務(wù)的方式促進宗教公益事業(yè)發(fā)展；通過減稅等手段激勵宗教公益事業(yè)的發(fā)展；同時對宗教團體的公益慈善相關(guān)財務(wù)活動進行有效的監(jiān)管。香港澳門政府對宗教公益慈善事業(yè)管理對大陸有著重要的啟示。

Abstract： 

The development of religion and charity in Hong Kong and Macao is made by the charity fundraising ideas and efforts of religious organizations, with the inspiration and supervision ot the government. Tne governments of Hong Kong and Macao seldom directly intermeddle with the charity affairs of religious organizations. They promote religion and charity by purchasing public service from religious organizations and accelerate the development by cutting tax and efficiently supervising the finance. The administration of religion and charity in Hong Kong and Macao is a good example for the Chinese Mainland.
