【摘要】：南宋后期,理學(xué)諸臣堅(jiān)拒和議,力諫朝廷以邊防為急務(wù),修明軍政,對(duì)兩淮、襄漢、川陜等沿邊諸州進(jìn)行全面部署,并在屯墾備戰(zhàn)、筑城固圉、招納土豪、團(tuán)結(jié)保伍等方面實(shí)施了一系列戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。隨著局勢(shì)的變化,理學(xué)諸臣以邊防、城防、民防為中心,提出了并江淮之勢(shì)、總荊湖諸郡等固近懷遠(yuǎn)的邊防策略以整合兵力,同時(shí)以城池為據(jù)點(diǎn)、民防為輔翼增強(qiáng)國(guó)家防御力量,為保障腹心地帶建構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略防御體系,對(duì)控制晚宋戰(zhàn)局、延續(xù)國(guó)祚發(fā)揮了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:In the late Southern Song Dynasty, the officials of Neo-Confucianism firmly refused to discuss and strongly advised the court to take border defense as an urgent task, to improve military and political affairs, to carry out a comprehensive deployment of the two Huai, Xiang Han, Sichuan-Shaanxi and other border states, and to prepare for war in the settlement of land and prepare for war, to build a city of solid shou, and to recruit Tuhao. Unity, protection and other aspects of the implementation of a series of strategic planning. With the changes in the situation, the Neo-Confucianism officials took border defense, urban defense, and civil defense as the center, and put forward the border control strategy of merging the situation of Jianghuai and the counties of Jinghu, etc., in order to integrate the forces of troops and at the same time take the city as a stronghold. Civil defense is the auxiliary wing to strengthen the national defense strength, to ensure the heart of the construction of strategic defense system, to control the late Song Dynasty war situation, continue to play a positive role in the country.
