從滿文寄信檔看“高樸盜玉案”對清代新疆吏治的影響

【摘要】："高樸盜玉案"是清代新疆發(fā)生的影響最大的歷史事件之一,它不僅暴露了清代新疆吏治方面的諸多腐敗問題,而且該案件的處置及隨后的善后措施更是奠定了清代新疆吏治管理的基本模式,甚至對清廷在天山南路的綜合管理范式形成也有著重大影響。
[Abstract]:The case of stealing jade from Gao Park was one of the most influential historical events in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty. It not only exposed many corruption problems in the administration of officials in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty, Moreover, the disposition of the case and the subsequent remedial measures established the basic model of the administration of officials in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty, and even had a great influence on the formation of the comprehensive management paradigm of the Qing Dynasty in the southern Tianshan Road.
