【摘要】：行政監(jiān)察制度,作為中國古代的封建專制制度的重要組成部分,在漢武帝時期得到了全面的發(fā)展,對整個社會的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會、軍事等領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了巨大而深遠的影響,也直接影響了后世各朝行政監(jiān)察制度的設(shè)立。本文的主要研究對象是緊緊圍繞漢武帝行政監(jiān)察制度的淵源、體制構(gòu)成、運行機制以及行政監(jiān)察制度所產(chǎn)生的影響進行論證,以期找出漢武帝行政監(jiān)察制度大發(fā)展于其背后大一統(tǒng)的皇權(quán)思想密不可分�；实劢烂艿男姓O(jiān)察制度是為了整飭吏治、提高行政效率,根本上是為了鞏固專制主義中央集權(quán),維護皇帝的統(tǒng)治。這些制度也曾經(jīng)起到比較好的效果,在一定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整了統(tǒng)治秩序,緩和了社會矛盾,但植根于封建制度的土壤里,最終也沒有突破其固有的局限性,漢武帝后期,朝局動蕩,行政監(jiān)察制度其作用遭到了削弱。
[Abstract]:The administrative supervision system, as an important part of the feudal autocratic system in ancient China, was developed in an all-round way in the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and the political, economic, cultural, and social aspects of the whole society. Military and other fields have had a great and far-reaching impact, but also directly affected the establishment of the administrative supervision system of later dynasties. The main research object of this paper is to demonstrate the origin, structure, operation mechanism and the influence of the administrative supervision system of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty closely around the origin, the system composition, the operation mechanism and the influence of the administrative supervision system. In order to find out the great development of the administrative supervision system of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty, the unified thought of imperial power is inseparable. The emperor established a strict administrative supervision system in order to straighten up the administration, improve the administrative efficiency, and consolidate the authoritarian centralization and maintain the emperor's rule. These systems have also played a relatively good role in adjusting the ruling order and easing social contradictions within a certain range, but rooted in the soil of the feudal system, they did not finally break through its inherent limitations. In the latter period of the Han Dynasty, the political situation was turbulent. The function of administrative supervision system has been weakened.
