【摘要】：金朝北京是金朝的重要陪都之一,見于史料可考的金北京留守有29人,31人次。構(gòu)成了金代地方官僚體系的重要組成部分。北京留守主要有平叛維穩(wěn)、營建工程、監(jiān)督考察地方官員、審理訴訟、經(jīng)濟治理等職掌。金北京地理位置民族情況特殊,故為有效鞏固統(tǒng)治,北京留守多為女真貴族擔(dān)任,該職官的轉(zhuǎn)遷主要有調(diào)往他任、卒于任上等兩大情況,調(diào)往他任包括升遷、同級調(diào)任、降罷。其中民族出身、任職途徑、前任職官品級等因素,都對金北京留守的任免與遷轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。
[Abstract]:Jin Dynasty Beijing is one of the important capital of Jin Dynasty. It constituted an important part of the local bureaucracy in Jin Dynasty.
