【摘要】：在中國的傳統(tǒng)思想文化中，尊重和順應(yīng)自然、萬物平等、仁愛萬物、保護(hù)資源和天人合一的生態(tài)思想源遠(yuǎn)流長。秦漢時(shí)期作為我國傳統(tǒng)思想文化的一個(gè)總結(jié)定型時(shí)期，上承先秦，并為后世產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。在秦漢時(shí)期繁雜的思想體系中，蘊(yùn)含著十分豐富的生態(tài)環(huán)保思想。主要內(nèi)容包括： 秦代通過興修水利工程和頒布法令來保護(hù)水資源。而對植物資源和動(dòng)物資源的保護(hù)，主要是通過法律規(guī)定來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，這些措施體現(xiàn)了秦代保護(hù)環(huán)境和自然資源的思想。 本文通過對《呂氏春秋》、《淮南子》和《論衡》等典籍的分析和研究，揭示其中所蘊(yùn)含的“萬物一體”與“萬物平等”思想；通過對《新書》、《春秋繁露》和《白虎通》等典籍的研究，揭示了其中的“天人合一”思想；“仁愛萬物”生態(tài)思想則是透過《新書》、《春秋繁露》、《淮南子》、《白虎通》和《論衡》等典籍來體現(xiàn)的；《呂氏春秋》則集中體現(xiàn)了順應(yīng)自然的思想；透過《新書》、《鹽鐵論》、《淮南子》和《論衡》來體會(huì)其中的“取之有時(shí)，用之有節(jié)”思想。 此外，本文還通過對《禮記·月令》的分析與研究，，挖掘其中所蘊(yùn)含的山林資源保護(hù)思想、動(dòng)物資源保護(hù)思想和土地資源保護(hù)思想。根據(jù)《月令》撰寫的《四民月令》也蘊(yùn)含了一定的環(huán)保思想。月令和時(shí)令是漢代環(huán)境保護(hù)立法的基礎(chǔ)。 道教經(jīng)典《太平經(jīng)》蘊(yùn)含著十分豐富的環(huán)境保護(hù)思想，既有“順應(yīng)自然，無為而治”、“尊重生命”、“萬物平等”和“生態(tài)和諧”等生態(tài)觀念，又有保護(hù)生物資源和水土資源的生態(tài)思想。 研究秦漢時(shí)期的環(huán)境保護(hù)思想，有助于我們更好地傳承中國古典文化，對于今天的環(huán)保工作也具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In China's traditional ideology and culture, the ecological thoughts of respecting and complying with nature, equality of all things, benevolence of all things, protection of resources and harmony of nature and man have a long history. Qin and Han dynasties, as a summing up period of Chinese traditional ideology and culture, inherited the pre-Qin Dynasty and had a profound influence for later generations. In the complex thought system of Qin and Han dynasties, it contains rich ecological environmental protection thought. The main contents include: Qin Dynasty through the construction of water conservancy projects and the promulgation of laws to protect water resources. The protection of plant and animal resources was mainly realized by law. These measures embodied the idea of protecting environment and natural resources in Qin Dynasty. Based on the analysis and study of Lu's Spring and Autumn, Huainan Zi and Luoheng, this paper reveals the thought of "everything is one" and "all things are equal". Through the study of the books of "New Book", "Propagation of Spring and Autumn period" and "Baihu Tong", the author reveals the thought of "the unity of nature and man". The ecological thought of "benevolence of all things" is embodied through the classic books such as "New Book", "Spring and Autumn Propagation", "Huainan Zi", "Bai Hu-tong" and "Luk Heng", while Lu's Spring and Autumn embodies the thought of conforming to nature. Through the new book, "on Salt and Iron", "Huainan Zi" and "argument and balance", we can understand the thought of "taking sometimes and using it in moderation". In addition, through the analysis and study of the Book of Rites, this paper excavates the thoughts of mountain and forest resources protection, animal resources protection and land resources protection. According to the "month order" written by the "four people month order" also contains a certain thought of environmental protection. Lunar order and seasonal season are the basis of the legislation on environmental protection in the Han Dynasty. Taiping Jing, a Taoist classic, contains rich ideas of environmental protection, including ecological concepts such as "complying with nature, governing without doing anything", "respecting life", "equality of all things" and "ecological harmony". Also have the ecological thought of protecting biological resources and soil and water resources. The study of the thought of environmental protection in Qin and Han dynasties is helpful for us to inherit Chinese classical culture better, and also has important reference significance for the environmental protection work today.
