【摘要】：春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)職官制度是春秋官制的重要組成部分，當(dāng)前關(guān)于春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)職官制度的研究主要分成公臣職官制度和家臣職官制度兩大部分。本文嘗試在借鑒現(xiàn)有的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上，將魯國(guó)公臣職官制度置于春秋官制的發(fā)展、演變的宏觀背景下，對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的梳理與研究。研究對(duì)象主要包括春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣的界定、職官體系及職掌、職官的選官制度、職官的考核及相關(guān)的管理制度等。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分，第一部分主要概述了春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣職官制度研究的歷史和現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)涉及其官制研究的主要文獻(xiàn)及其史料性質(zhì)作了介紹和辨析，并對(duì)“公臣”的界定進(jìn)行了闡釋。重點(diǎn)是第二、第三和第四部分。其中，第二部分主要從相關(guān)的史籍中梳理行政類、宗教類、禮儀生活侍衛(wèi)類三個(gè)方面的職官，形成一個(gè)比較完整的職官體系。第三部分探討春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣職官管理體系，，主要包括：公臣選官、考核及等級(jí)與俸祿制度。第四部分主要是對(duì)這一時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣制度職官的設(shè)置、任命及賞罰等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了特點(diǎn)歸納與總結(jié)。 綜上，目前針對(duì)魯國(guó)“公臣制度”這一角度進(jìn)行研究的還很少。本文對(duì)春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣制度的探討，不僅是對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)歷史的回顧與挖掘，更重要的是通過研究角度的細(xì)化和深入，對(duì)春秋時(shí)期魯國(guó)公臣體系完整性的再認(rèn)識(shí)。所以，本課題的研究希望在這一方面能有拓展。
[Abstract]:During the Spring and Autumn period, the official system of the State of Lu is an important part of the official system in the Spring and Autumn period. The current research on the official system of the State of Lu in the Spring and Autumn period is mainly divided into two parts: the official system of public officials and the official system of family ministers. On the basis of the existing research results, this paper tries to put the official system of the Luguo state on the background of the development and evolution of the official system in the Spring and Autumn period, and make a comprehensive and systematic research on it. The object of study mainly includes the definition of public officials of Lu during the Spring and Autumn period, the system of official selection, the system of selecting officials, the examination of official and the related management system. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly summarizes the history and present situation of the research on the official system of the state of Lu during the Spring and Autumn period, and introduces and discriminates the main documents and historical materials related to the study of the official system. At the same time, the definition of "courtiers" is explained. The emphasis is on the second, third and fourth parts. Among them, the second part mainly combs the administrative class, the religion class, the ceremonial life guard class from the related historical book, forms a relatively complete official system. The third part discusses the management system of the officials of Lu in the Spring and Autumn period, including the system of selecting, assessing, rank and salary. The fourth part mainly summarizes the characteristics of three aspects: the setting, appointment, reward and punishment of the official system of the state of Lu in this period. Generally speaking, there are few researches on the system of officials in Lu. This paper not only reviews and excavates the history of Lu during the Spring and Autumn period, but also makes a further understanding of the integrity of the system in the Spring and Autumn period. Therefore, the research of this topic can be expanded in this respect.
