西漢繼體之君正當(dāng)性論證雜議——以霍光廢劉賀為例

【摘要】:從昌邑王到被迎立為皇帝再到廢黜為;韬,劉賀本人在西漢政治史上或許無(wú)足輕重,但元平元年圍繞著他發(fā)生的帝位廢立過(guò)程對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)政治文化特別是在皇權(quán)更迭模式及其正當(dāng)性論證方面的影響不宜低估。皇朝內(nèi)部的權(quán)力傳承或"內(nèi)繼"之正當(dāng)性,取決于三項(xiàng)條件:大宗嫡系的繼體血統(tǒng),敬天崇祖的守文之德和反映在符瑞災(zāi)異中的天意驗(yàn)證;艄饧瘓F(tuán)因政治利益的考量自下而上廢黜劉賀,其正當(dāng)性因劉賀本人的德行缺陷、災(zāi)異征兆而贏得較廣泛的認(rèn)可。廢黜過(guò)程中的暗涌微瀾也未對(duì)西漢皇朝的統(tǒng)治正當(dāng)性構(gòu)成重大威脅,這與宣帝和霍光應(yīng)付廢立危機(jī)得當(dāng)不無(wú)關(guān)系。西漢以后歷代皇朝的頂層政治實(shí)踐中,普遍視霍光"尊孝宣而廢昌邑"為皇權(quán)更迭的新典范。其"廢昏立明"范式不僅為董卓、司馬昭、桓溫等政治野心家提供了挾天子以令天下的"正當(dāng)"借口,也成為集權(quán)帝制時(shí)代防止社會(huì)政治極端惡化的制動(dòng)器,在維護(hù)君主專制政體的同時(shí)盡可能地維持其統(tǒng)治的價(jià)值合理性和較廣泛的認(rèn)受性。
[Abstract]:From the king of Changyi to being adopted as emperor and then deposed as a daze of the sea, Liu he himself may be of little importance in the political history of the Western Han Dynasty. However, the influence of Yuan Ping on the traditional Chinese political culture, especially on the model of the change of imperial power and its justification, should not be underestimated around the process of abrogation of emperors and emperors in the first year of Yuan Ping. The legitimacy of the power inheritance or "internal succession" in the imperial dynasty depends on three conditions: the succession lineage of a large number of direct lineages, the virtue of respecting the ancestors of heaven, and the verification of the divine will reflected in the evil of Fu Rui. Huoguang Group has been widely recognized for its political interests from the bottom up to oust Liu he, whose legitimacy is due to Liu he's own moral defects and signs of disaster. The dark surge in the process of deposed did not pose a major threat to the legitimacy of the Western Han Dynasty, which had something to do with the proper handling of the abolitionist crisis by Xuandi and Huoguang. In the political practice at the top of the imperial dynasties after the Western Han Dynasty, Huo Guang's "respect for filial piety and proclamation of filial piety" was generally regarded as a new model for the change of imperial power. His paradigm of "waste Liming" not only provided a "just" excuse for Dong Zhuo, Sima Zhao, Huanwen and other political ambitions, but also became a brake to prevent the extreme deterioration of society and politics in the era of centralized monarchy. While maintaining the autocratic monarchy, the value rationality and wider acceptance of its rule should be maintained as far as possible.
