【摘要】：詔求直言是中國帝制時代一種比較常見的政治現(xiàn)象,宋朝皇帝詔求直言尤其多,其大致可分為登基求言、災(zāi)異求言和危機(jī)求言三大類。宋朝皇帝頻繁詔求直言的原因主要有:一是為了樹立皇帝開明納諫的形象,二是受中國古代天譴論影響,詔求直言已經(jīng)成為宋朝皇帝應(yīng)對自然災(zāi)害或異常天象的重要舉措之一,三是在宋朝的黨爭格局下,失勢的一派往往極力推動最高當(dāng)權(quán)者詔求直言,以便利用詔求直言的機(jī)會攻擊政敵,以求"撥亂反正"。
[Abstract]:It is a relatively common political phenomenon in the imperial times of China, especially for the emperor of Song Dynasty, which can be roughly divided into three categories: the monarch, the disaster and the crisis. The main reasons why the emperor of the Song Dynasty frequently asked for direct speech were: first, to establish the image of the emperor as an enlightened admonition; second, influenced by the ancient Chinese theory of the scourge of heaven, the direct speech of the emperor of the Song Dynasty had become one of the important measures for the emperor of the Song Dynasty to deal with natural disasters or abnormal celestial phenomena. Thirdly, under the structure of the Song Dynasty, the losing faction often tried their best to push the supreme authorities to speak out, so as to attack the political opponents by using the edict to attack the political opponents in order to "get the mess out of the way."
