【摘要】：《罪己詔》是古代帝王反省罪己的御用文書。論其起源 ,當(dāng)從禹、湯開始。此后 ,周成王、秦穆公、漢武帝、唐德宗、宋徽宗、清世祖 ,都曾經(jīng)頒發(fā)過罪己詔。罪己詔大多是在階級矛盾異常尖銳、國家處在危難之時(shí)頒發(fā)的 ,目的是消除民怨 ,籠絡(luò)民心 ,具有很大的欺騙性。但是 ,其中也在一定程度上包含著帝王對自身過錯(cuò)和失敗的反省懺悔。因此 ,我們還是可以從中得到一點(diǎn)啟示 :“禹、湯罪己 ,其興也勃焉 ;桀、紂罪人 ,其亡也忽焉”。
[Abstract]:Sinful edict is the imperial document of the ancient emperors to reflect on their sins. On its origin, should start from Yu, Tang. Since then, Zhou Cheng King, Qin Mu Gong, Emperor Wu Han, Tang Dezong, Song Huizong, Qing Shizu, have issued their own edict. The crime edict is mostly issued at the time of crisis, the purpose of which is to eliminate people's grievances and win over the people's hearts, which is deceptive. However, to some extent, it also contains the emperors' remorse for their own mistakes and failures. Therefore, we can still get some enlightenment from it: "Yu, Tang sin himself, his exuberance is also Yan; Jie, Zhou sinner, his death is also absent."
