【摘要】：在萬歷朝"國本之爭(zhēng)"中,士大夫群體始終反對(duì)神宗將個(gè)人意愿凌駕于禮法之上,主張大臣持守原則以及君臣公議天下事,并以這種政治價(jià)值觀主導(dǎo)了輿論的走勢(shì)。神宗采取多種嚴(yán)厲措施打壓士大夫之諫諍,然在國本之爭(zhēng)中,士氣不弱反強(qiáng),對(duì)皇權(quán)構(gòu)成持續(xù)性的政治約束。以萬歷朝"國本之爭(zhēng)"為視角,可以體察晚明士大夫政治之張揚(yáng)氣象,士大夫從爭(zhēng)國本,已然走到了訴求限制君權(quán)一節(jié)。但君臣爭(zhēng)之激烈,又事實(shí)上引發(fā)了諸多問題。究其本質(zhì),"國本之爭(zhēng)"反映了帝制框架內(nèi)士大夫政治與皇權(quán)專制極端化的沖突,也構(gòu)成晚明士大夫政治演進(jìn)過程中的一個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the "struggle for the foundation of the state" in Wanli Dynasty, the literati and bureaucrats always opposed the Shenzong's putting his personal will above the etiquette law, advocated that the minister should hold the principle and the monarch and the ministers discuss the world affairs, and dominated the trend of public opinion with this political value. Shenzong took a variety of severe measures to suppress the admonition of the literati and officials, but in the struggle for the state, morale was not weak and strong, which constituted a lasting political constraint on the imperial power. From the angle of Wanli Dynasty's "struggle for the kingdom", one can observe the publicity of the politics of the literati and bureaucrats in the late Ming Dynasty. From the struggle for the state, the literati and officials have come to the section of demanding the restriction of the monarchy. However, the fierce dispute between monarchs and courtiers, in fact, caused a lot of problems. In essence, the "struggle for the state" reflects the conflict between the politics of literati and imperial autocracy within the framework of the imperial system, and also constitutes an important node in the process of the political evolution of the literati and bureaucrats in the late Ming Dynasty.
