【摘要】：北宋全面建立了文官政治,大量文人通過(guò)科舉走入仕途,加之恩蔭補(bǔ)官的泛濫,冗官現(xiàn)象日益突出。對(duì)此,宋朝統(tǒng)治者采取了一些措施加以治理,以銓試法為代表的吏治改革對(duì)官員選拔、入仕者素質(zhì)和行政能力的提高大有裨益,在一定程度上緩解了冗官冗員的局面。雖然這些舉措不能從根本上解決問(wèn)題,但北宋對(duì)冗官現(xiàn)象的治理,為后世的吏治改革提供了一些有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the Northern Song Dynasty, the civil official politics was established in an all-round way, a large number of literati entered the official career through imperial examination, and the phenomenon of redundant officials became more and more prominent. In response to this, the rulers of the Song Dynasty took some measures to deal with it. The reform of the local administration, represented by the Civil trial Law, was of great benefit to the selection of officials, the improvement of the quality and administrative ability of those who entered the office, and to a certain extent alleviated the situation of redundant officials. Although these measures can not solve the problem fundamentally, the governance of the phenomenon of redundant officials in the Northern Song Dynasty has provided some useful reference for the reform of officials in later generations.
