【摘要】：郵驛是中國(guó)古代信息傳遞的一種載體。政府掌握它,讓其服務(wù)于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等各個(gè)方面。高效的郵驛系統(tǒng)可使信息傳遞更加便捷,上情下達(dá),下情上知,有利于統(tǒng)治者加強(qiáng)對(duì)國(guó)土的管轄。從大量資料來(lái)看,唐代已經(jīng)建立起了完備的郵驛系統(tǒng)。它為唐帝國(guó)傳達(dá)來(lái)自四面八方的信息,這些信息對(duì)唐帝國(guó)的繁榮起到了重要作用,也促進(jìn)了少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展。 本文分為五部分,具體探討唐代的郵驛與信息傳遞。 第一部分,總結(jié)以往學(xué)者對(duì)郵驛的研究概況。前人對(duì)郵驛的描寫(xiě)多集中在唐代的交通、郵驛的法律規(guī)定上,對(duì)郵驛本身的職能或者說(shuō)傳遞信息的內(nèi)容及其工具論述較少,這是筆者研究本課題的初衷。 第二部分,研究郵驛的歷史淵源,旨在弄清唐代郵驛發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。首先,論述郵驛的內(nèi)涵與外延,其次,進(jìn)而追溯先秦、秦漢、魏晉南北朝至隋唐的郵驛發(fā)展過(guò)程。從各個(gè)階段的不同發(fā)展情形來(lái)看,唐代以前我國(guó)郵驛已發(fā)展到了一定的程度。 第三部分,研究唐代郵驛系統(tǒng)的歷史變遷。唐初即著手組建郵驛系統(tǒng),到盛唐時(shí)期,便形成了良好的郵驛環(huán)境以及郵驛系統(tǒng)。但安史之亂以后,郵驛開(kāi)始腐敗,越來(lái)越不能實(shí)現(xiàn)它迅速傳遞信息的職能。 第四部分,研究唐代郵驛的運(yùn)作機(jī)制。著重論述了郵驛的基本功能、傳播信息的載體、傳遞信息的模式以及政府對(duì)郵驛的管理制度等問(wèn)題,從而揭示了唐代郵驛的具體運(yùn)作機(jī)制。 第五部分,研究唐代郵驛的作用和影響。郵驛在唐代達(dá)到了鼎盛時(shí)期,對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)及后世均有重大影響。郵驛鞏固了統(tǒng)一的多民族國(guó)家,使得周邊少數(shù)民族政權(quán)繁盛,也奠定了后世王朝郵驛發(fā)展的模式。 總之,本文對(duì)唐代的郵驛進(jìn)行了綜合性研究,論述了郵驛的概念、淵源、唐代郵驛的歷史變遷、運(yùn)作機(jī)制、作用及影響等,在若干方面提出了自己新的看法。通過(guò)本文的研究加深了對(duì)唐代郵驛和信息傳遞情況的認(rèn)識(shí),這對(duì)于促進(jìn)唐史研究有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:Postal post is a carrier of information transmission in ancient China. The government controls it and makes it serve political, economic, military and other aspects. The high-efficient post-post system can make the information transmission more convenient. From a large number of data, the Tang Dynasty has established a complete postal post system. It sent messages from all sides to the Tang Empire, which played an important role in the prosperity of the Tang Empire and promoted the development of minority areas. This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the post-post and information transmission in Tang Dynasty. In the first part, the author summarizes the research of post-post in the past. The description of postal post is mostly focused on the traffic of Tang Dynasty, the legal regulation of post, and the function of post or the content of transmitting information and its tools are less discussed, which is the original intention of the author to study this subject. The second part studies the historical origin of post-post in order to clarify the basis of the development of post-post in Tang Dynasty. Firstly, it discusses the connotation and extension of postal post, and then traces the development process of postal post from Pre-Qin, Qin and Han dynasties, Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties to Sui and Tang dynasties. From the different development of each stage, before the Tang Dynasty, the postal post in China has developed to a certain extent. The third part studies the historical changes of post system in Tang Dynasty. In the early Tang Dynasty, the post system was set up, and a good post environment and post system were formed in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. However, after the Anshi Rebellion, Postpost began to corrupt, and was unable to carry out its function of transmitting information quickly. The fourth part studies the operation mechanism of post-post in Tang Dynasty. This paper mainly discusses the basic function of postal post, the carrier of information dissemination, the mode of information transmission and the management system of post by the government, so as to reveal the concrete operation mechanism of post in Tang Dynasty. The fifth part studies the function and influence of the post-post in the Tang Dynasty. The post-post reached its peak in the Tang Dynasty and had a great influence on the time and later generations. The post-post consolidated the unified multi-national country, made the power of the surrounding ethnic minorities prosperous, and established the mode of post-post development in the later dynasties. In a word, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the post of the Tang Dynasty, discusses the concept and origin of the post, the historical changes, the operation mechanism, the function and the influence of the post in the Tang Dynasty, and puts forward its own new views in several aspects. The research in this paper has deepened the understanding of postal post and information transmission in Tang Dynasty, which has certain positive significance for promoting the study of Tang Dynasty history.
