【摘要】：西周時(shí)期有些女子在當(dāng)時(shí)的各級(jí)行政機(jī)構(gòu)中擔(dān)任職務(wù);還有一些女子因?yàn)樘厥馍矸?如周王和諸侯的嬪妃,也成了政令的發(fā)出和執(zhí)行者。這些女子都可被視作官員。西周時(shí)期的國(guó)家是由周王國(guó)和諸侯國(guó)組成的。周王國(guó)和諸侯國(guó)里的行政區(qū)域大致可以分為:周王和諸侯親自治理的區(qū)域;貴族的采邑;周王國(guó)和諸侯國(guó)的軍隊(duì)所在區(qū)域;鄉(xiāng)、遂、奠、里、市、鄭等區(qū)域。周王和諸侯親自治理區(qū)域里的女官,可以分為三類:周王和諸侯內(nèi)廷的嬪妃;周王和諸侯內(nèi)廷的其他女官以及周王和諸侯外廷的女官;而貴族的采邑、周王國(guó)和諸侯國(guó)的軍隊(duì)所在區(qū)域和鄉(xiāng)、遂、奠、里、市、鄭基層區(qū)域里的女性行政者都是基層女官。這幾類女官呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:During the Western Zhou Dynasty, some women held positions in the administrative organs at all levels at that time; some women, because of their special status, such as the concubines of Zhou and princes, also became the issuers and executors of the decrees. These women can be regarded as officials. The state of the Western Zhou Dynasty was composed of the Kingdom of Zhou and the princes. The administrative areas in the kingdom of Zhou and the princes can be roughly divided into: the area under the control of the king and princes of Zhou; the region of the aristocrats; the area where the troops of the kingdom of Zhou and the kingdom of the princes are located; and the regions of the township, Sui, Dien, Li, Shi, Zheng and so on. The female officials of Zhou and the princes themselves can be divided into three categories: the concubines of the Zhou and the princes, the other female officials of the Zhou and the princes, and the princes and princes of the princes and princes, and the aristocrats of the palaces. The regions and townships where the Zhou Kingdom and the Manchu troops are located are women officials at the grassroots level, so, Dien, Li, City, and Zheng's grassroots areas are all women officials at the grassroots level. These kinds of female officials show different characteristics.
