【摘要】：清代官員的滿漢復(fù)職制度一直都是清前期官制史研究的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,以滿人為主導(dǎo)的清代統(tǒng)治階層,在升遷上為滿洲官員創(chuàng)造了便利。他們不僅在制度上享有優(yōu)先,在行政過(guò)程中也有更多機(jī)會(huì)。但是這一制度在清朝二百余年中一直平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行,未曾導(dǎo)致國(guó)家治理偏失或官員的集體抵制,說(shuō)明它有相對(duì)的合理性。本文以《品級(jí)考》和《銓選則例》中相關(guān)條例入手,進(jìn)一步分析滿洲官員在升轉(zhuǎn)中的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)比漢官升轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程,以考察清前期滿洲特色在官制史中的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The restoration system of Manchu and Han officials in Qing Dynasty has always been a key issue in the study of the history of the official system in the early Qing Dynasty. The Manchu ruling class, dominated by Manchu people, created convenience for Manchu officials in their promotion. They not only enjoy institutional priority, but also have more opportunities in the administrative process. However, this system has been running smoothly for more than 200 years in the Qing Dynasty, which did not lead to partial national governance or the collective resistance of officials, which shows that it has relative rationality. This article starts with the relevant regulations in "Grade examination" and "rules of principles for Civil Election", further analyzes the actual situation of Manchuria officials in the process of promotion and transformation, contrasts the process of official promotion in the Han Dynasty, in order to investigate the embodiment of Manchuria characteristics in the history of official system in the early Qing Dynasty.
