【摘要】："一田二主"是明清時(shí)期盛行于我國的一種土地制度,其形態(tài)之獨(dú)特使很多分析框架都難以適用,因此長期以來吸引著研究者的關(guān)注。文章對有關(guān)"一田二主"的研究進(jìn)行評述,認(rèn)為出于對傳統(tǒng)社會基本結(jié)構(gòu)判斷的不同,存在"馬派"和"市場派"兩種理論視角,前者將"一田二主"視為階級關(guān)系在生產(chǎn)資料所有制上的投射,后者則將其視為市場上平等交易主體間的不同合約類型。通過對田面-田底關(guān)系、押租制這兩個(gè)核心爭論點(diǎn)的分析,文章展示了兩種視角各自的邏輯和特點(diǎn),最后進(jìn)行總結(jié)并提出未來的推進(jìn)方向:走出"階級-市場"二分的研究思路,在具體歷史中探究維系"一田二主"的社會性因素。
[Abstract]:"one farmland and two masters" is a kind of land system prevailing in China in Ming and Qing dynasties. Its unique form makes many analytical frameworks difficult to apply, so it has attracted the attention of researchers for a long time. This paper reviews the research on "one farmland and two masters", and points out that there are two theoretical perspectives of "horse school" and "market school" because of the difference in the judgment of the basic structure of traditional society. The former regards "one farmland and two owners" as the projection of class relations in the ownership of means of production, while the latter regards them as different types of contracts between equal trading subjects in the market. Through the analysis of the relationship between farmland surface and farmland bottom, and the analysis of the two core issues, the paper shows the logic and characteristics of the two perspectives. Finally, the author sums up and puts forward the future direction: go out of the "class-market" research ideas, and explore the social factors that maintain "one field and two masters" in the specific history.
