【摘要】：兩漢時期是整個封建社會的奠基時期,大一統(tǒng)的中央集權(quán)建立。經(jīng)過漢初的休養(yǎng)生息,封建經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷的繁榮發(fā)展。儒家思想被確定為封建統(tǒng)治的正統(tǒng)思想,并不斷影響到社會的方方面面。由于儒家倫理綱常影響的漸進(jìn)性,所以兩漢時期受先秦思想的影響,社會大環(huán)境比較開放,女性并未受到封建禮教的嚴(yán)重束縛,在實際家庭生活中有較多的獨(dú)立性。本文透過家庭生活這個層面,對漢代平民婦女的日常生活進(jìn)行研究。首先,考察了漢代平民婦女的家庭角色轉(zhuǎn)化及相應(yīng)的權(quán)利。主要就在室女出生時的待遇、家庭身份與地位、受教育權(quán)、財產(chǎn)權(quán)和出嫁女為人妻(母)的家庭身份與地位、財產(chǎn)權(quán)等方面進(jìn)行了考察。其次,論述了漢代平民婦女的婚姻狀況。主要從女性婚姻對象的選擇包括自主擇婚和父母主婚兩個方面,離婚、再嫁的普遍性和貞節(jié)觀的漸變這三個層次進(jìn)行研究,并分析了離婚、再嫁普遍性的原因。再次,探究了漢代平民婦女的家庭勞作與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會活動。主要探討了家庭勞作中的中饋、女紅、育子女、奉舅姑這幾個方面;經(jīng)濟(jì)活動中的農(nóng)業(yè)、手工業(yè)、商業(yè),及其他行業(yè)中平民已婚婦女的活動狀況。另外,還考察了平民女性日常的社交活動。最后,闡述了漢代平民婦女的家庭關(guān)系。主要分析了已婚婦女在夫家的人際關(guān)系,如夫妻關(guān)系、母子關(guān)系、婆媳關(guān)系、叔嫂(妹)關(guān)系等,亦論述了漢代已婚女與娘家的關(guān)系,并指出了其特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The period of the Han Dynasty was the foundation of the whole feudal society. The centralized centralization was established. After the repose of the early Han Dynasty, the feudal economy continued to flourish. The Confucian thought was determined to be the orthodox thought of the feudal rule and influenced every aspect of the society. The influence of the pre Qin thought, the social environment is more open, the female has not been severely bound by the feudal ethics, and has more independence in the real family life. This paper studies the daily life of the civilian women in the Han Dynasty through the family life. First, it examines the transformation of the family role and the corresponding rights of the civilian women in the Han Dynasty. It is mainly about the treatment of the birth of the virgins, the status and status of the family, the right to education, the property right and the married woman's wife (mother) family status and status, property rights and so on. Secondly, the marital status of the civilian women in the Han Dynasty is discussed. The choice of the women's marriage object mainly includes two aspects of the choice of marriage and the marriage of the parents. It studies the three levels of the level, the universality of the divorce, the remarriage and the gradual change of the chastity view, and analyzes the reasons for the universality of the divorce and remarriage. Again, it explores the family work and economic and social activities of the civilian women in the Han Dynasty. It mainly discusses the aspects of the middle feed, the girl red, the children and the uncle in the family work, and the agriculture in the economic activities. The activities of the married women in the handicraft industry, business, and other industries. In addition, the daily social activities of the civilian women were also examined. Finally, the family relationship of the civilian women in the Han Dynasty was expounded. The relationship between married women and their families, such as the relationship between husband and wife, mother and wife relations, the relationship between mother and wife, the relationship between the mother in law and the sister in law, was also discussed. The relationship between married women in the Han Dynasty and their families was pointed out and its characteristics were pointed out.
